"Nice stay in a clean and spacious apartment in a good location for exporing London"
Apartment is spacious and cosy with 2 separate bedrooms. Everything was clean enough. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is handy for exploring the city. Access to transportation is good (bus stops at 2 min away).
What could be improved: Not many downsides, the external door seems to be not so safe in terms of locking etc and regarding the access to transportation keep in mind that the closest metro stations are around 15-20min away on foot.

"Overall it’s good value for money, and in a good location"
The kitchen is wide and well equipped. The location is excellent, very close to buses and supermarkets. There is also a tube station not too far away. There’s a small playground just in front of the building, it’s nice to have with younger kids. There’s kids had their own room with separate beds. I’ve got to say, we were worried because of the last review, but we didn’t find the neighborhood to be unsafe. It’s may not be a top income neighborhood, but it was nice and quiet.
What could be improved: The elevator gets broken every once in while. Can be difficult if you have a baby or a lot of luggage. Thicker sheets could be nice. Families with toddler- take notice of the staircase in the apparent

"Great apartment in convenient location"
Great apartment, clean and well equipped, close to the shops and public transport. A few bars and restaurants nearby. Very helpful host! Not so easy to find this place based on the address, so please follow the instructions sent by the host :)

"Everything was perfect."
The staff was so helpful and attentive to all of our needs, before and during the stay. They also answered our questions very quickly. It’s the perfect place if you want some calm and be in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely come back.

"DO NOT BOOK!! Very UNSAFE area"
I did not like anything about this stay as had to book alterative accommodation due to feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable on arrival, which was due to the neighbours partaking in what appeared to be illicit substance selling and taking.
What could be improved: Very unsafe area, property owner would not refund. Sent images of the surrounding location prior to travelling (out of the time frame for cancellation), travelled to the flat and felt very unsafe and uncomfortable in the area and just outside the flat. Had to book alternative accommodation for our stay in London, which of course was additional cost. Didn't even make it out of the car on arrival as felt that unsafe and uncomfortable in the area with what appeared to be illicit substance selling, I messaged the owner to share my concerns and his response were "I cant control what happens in the area". I paid over £400 for our stay and the owner is not willing to even partially refund, despite not even staying due to the concerns I had about the area. I understand he cannot control what happens in the area just outside, however I don't feel the photos and the advertisement for the flat reflect the location well, and to be sent images of the surrounding area after the time I could cancel is not acceptable. I have never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in an area and I have stayed in many places in and around London.

"Excellent choix pour se reposer après les visites quotidiennes dans le centre."
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu, l'appartement est très calme, pas le moindre bruit la nuit, il est à proximité des arrêts de bus qui sont extrêmement fréquents pour se rendre au cœur de Londres. Présence à proximité d'un magasin d'alimentation. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Jaukus butas, nėra labai didelis, bet labai patogiai gyvenome keturiese, daug miegamos vietos. Aplinka švari, tvarkinga, trūko gal tik tokių nedidelių dalykų kaip pakabos paltams arčiau durų, ar kamščiatraukio virtuvėj. Yra indų, puodų jei reikia kažką pasigaminti ar pasišildyti. Bendrai namo aplinka buvo tyli, rami, tvarkinga. Labai netoli yra daug autobuso stotelių - labai lengvai galėjom važiuoti visur, kur sugalvojom ar vakare nesunkiai grįžti namo.
