Overview
First Impressions
Liverpool Street I Your Apartment sits right in the thick of things — and I mean right there where the City meets the edgier side of East London. The building itself is modern without trying too hard, and you’ll notice it’s more residential than hotel-like, which honestly works in its favor. When I first walked up, I appreciated that it doesn’t scream “tourist accommodation” to everyone passing by.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s what’s brilliant about this spot: Liverpool Street Station is literally a few minutes’ walk away. You know how rare it is to find proper accommodation this close to such a major transport hub without paying through the nose? The location puts you within walking distance of Spitalfields Market — which, if you haven’t been, is where locals actually go for decent food and vintage finds. Brick Lane’s curry houses are just around the corner too, and that’s not tourist trap stuff, that’s the real deal.
The Apartment Experience
This four-star setup is essentially serviced apartments, so you get your own kitchen and living space. The apartment I stayed in felt genuinely liveable — not like someone just threw together some IKEA furniture and called it done. The kitchen’s actually functional (you can cook a proper meal), and the living area gives you space to spread out. What struck me was how quiet it was inside, considering you’re in one of London’s busiest areas.
Practical Comforts
The bedroom setup works well — comfortable bed, decent storage, and windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how many London places skip that basic feature). There’s a washing machine in the unit, which is honestly a game-changer if you’re staying more than a few nights. The WiFi’s solid, and I mean actually solid, not the usual “it works sometimes” situation you get in a lot of places. The whole setup feels like someone’s well-maintained flat rather than a corporate room.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the kind of place where you’ll get daily housekeeping or a concierge who knows your name. But if you want independence in central London without the hotel fuss, it delivers. The value proposition makes sense — you’re getting space and location at a price that won’t completely destroy your budget. I’d come back, especially for longer stays when having your own space matters more than having someone make your bed every day.

"Really good, minor issues. Location amazing."
Excellent communication. Only confusing issue was instructions saying to go across courtyard to building. Would be better to say, for example, there are two glass doors. One left, one right. Rooms 1 to 12 are on left, rooms 13 to 24 on right. No sign. Just two courtyard doors. Our instructions should have said turn right kn courtyard, not go across to the glass door which took us to the wrong building.
What could be improved: Mirror off wall and on floor in bedroom, small bath towels

"This is a hidden gem right off of Bishopsgate and walking distance to Liverpool Station!"
The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to everything we needed including the business meeting I had. Right in the middle of London proper and it was very quiet and peaceful.
What could be improved: Collecting the code to get into the apartment was awful. Although booking.com says to do everything through the booking.com website, we could not get the code to get in until we went to the company website and entered our information as well as our payment. We had almost NO connectivity when we arrived and had a terrible time trying to get this done so we could get the code to get in. Luckily, the person we got on the phone (at $.25 per minute on my cell) was very kind and extremely resourceful and helpful.

"Comfortable spacious apartment in a great location, we would definitely come again!"
Excellent location, smart clean and spacious apartment with good facilities.
What could be improved: 2 plug sockets in the bedroom were coming off the wall and the plugs didn’t connect well. The heating wasn’t working in the lounge (fan heater provided)

"A great apartment. Spacious and well fitted out, and in a perfect location."
A great apartment. Very spacious and well kitted out. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for what we needed. The kitchen was excellent.
What could be improved: The key code on the front gate didn't work very well. It took a few attempts to get it to open. On the day we checked out there were bin bags at the front gate blocking our way.

"Must book ;) accommodation"
The penthouse with terrace is just a 10 grade accomodation considering the facilities, the view, the neighbourhood/ for us is a definite comeback when in London.
What could be improved: N/A

"A nice modern apartment in a great location"
Location was perfect for me - a 2 min walk from Liverpool st station
The check in process was smooth with clear instructions. The email included everything - entry codes, pictures of the door, wifi log in etc
The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette/lounge area is great for somewhere to relax for an hour or so in mornings/evenings
It is ideal for a couple visiting the city or a business trip
What could be improved: The property is well decorated and modern but needs some minor repairs and improvements e.g the shower control is all cracked. Buttons missing on the entry gate.
All wall mirrors and paintings were on angles
There is no plug near a mirror unless you open the utility door cupboard and unplug the washing machine
The plugs beside the bed are impractical to use due to location, luckily one has been turned upside down to actually allow you to plug things in - the other one needs to be done too.
A few more welcome tea bags and milk sachets would be appreciated. It’s a small cost and makes a difference. 2 Open tea bags were just placed on the side.
It was a freezing couple of days in London as the temperature had dropped and I couldn’t get the heating to come on at first. The first night was very cold. Then I kept pressing buttons til something happened. It would benefit from a more modern thermostat-heating control.

"Fantastic location, I would stay again."
It was home away from home, very comfortable, lovely bed. Good location, quiet. Easy to find and felt really safe and secure.
What could be improved: We had a damaged towel, but a message to the property management resolved this instantly had a fresh one delivered straight away. If I’m being really picky would be nice to have bigger towels.
