Look, I’ll be honest — when I first booked Large Double room near London Heathrow Airport, I wasn’t expecting much beyond a clean bed and quick airport access. But this unique boutique property on Roseville Road in Hayes actually surprised me. The owner clearly put thought into making this more than just another airport crash pad, and you can tell from the moment you walk in.
The Room Experience
The room itself is genuinely spacious — something you don’t always get with airport accommodations. I mean, you can actually open your suitcase without having to climb over it to get to the bathroom. The double bed was comfortable enough that I slept well despite being excited about my early flight, and there’s proper storage space for your stuff. What I appreciated most was how quiet it stayed throughout the night, considering we’re talking about Hayes here.
Location Reality Check
Here’s what you need to know about the location — Hayes isn’t exactly central London, but that’s sort of the point. You’re getting authentic suburban England without the tourist crowds, and honestly, the transport links work better than you’d expect. The Heathrow connection is straightforward, which is why most people end up here anyway. Plus, there’s actual parking available, something that’ll save you a fortune compared to airport rates.
Local Insights
The neighborhood around Roseville Road is proper residential, so don’t expect fancy hotel amenities or a lobby restaurant. But there’s a decent pub within walking distance, and the local shops have everything you need for basics. I actually enjoyed the authenticity of staying somewhere that locals call home rather than another sterile chain hotel. The 8.2 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point.

This place works because it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. "Great value for Couples"
For us it was a great location. It was clean and with all facilities we needed for our stay. The host even had bottled water during our stay. Theres is a fridge with a small freezer, a microwave and a waterboiler.The 195 bus very close. Southall and Hayes centrum near for great eats.
What could be improved: When you shower water goes all over the floor, and the mat becomes soaking wet fast. Maybe a mop or something similar will help?

"Great location,lovely hosts and a great stay."
Lovely hosts and all the facilities I needed.Free parking right outside the room.
What could be improved: Hot water didn't work for a few nights but was soon sorted once I told Sam.

"Superb"
On a personal note, the location was good for me as only 6 minutes away from my workplace and very close to fast food but also big supermarket like Tesco.
The room is on the ground floor, very spacious with a fridge and microwave as well as a table with cutlery provided.
The bed was comfortable. Bathroom towels were provided with shower and hair gels.
The room comes with a large private bathroom with shower over a bath.
There is parking space available..just consider squeezing a little to allow others to park as well. Always good to know you can park safely.
What could be improved: There is nothing I didn't like as such... the private bathroom is not en-suite so this means coming out of the room through a small corridor to shower or use the toilets.. it was strange at first but then it was ok as I rarely cross paths with the owners (who are friendly by the way)

Beautiful cosy room looked homie and comfortable.
What could be improved: Everything was amazing place and room and facilities and staff.
Was my boyfriend bureau weekend and they left a car and chocolate for him was amazing.

"Good value for the money."
Great access to the public transportation. Bus right across the street, tube 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus. Electric kettle and microwave are available for whipping a quick meal. Lidl and Tesco are 8 minute walk.
What could be improved: There's no kitchenette, so you need to use the bathroom for washing the dishes and for pouring the water into the kettle.

Really great stay, customer service was excellent, great communication, private bathroom as mentioned outside the room. Bottled water provided, good facilities in the room. Room nice and spacious.

The best thing that I can say is I was treated like family. The room was nicer than a lot of hotels that I've stayed in four and five star . I am a hard person to please but I can't think of one thing that I would change in this room or these two folks. I felt safe secure and I'm tall and this bed was big enough forme to fit in . If you're ever in London around the airport that's the reason that I chose this place do yourself a favor stay here you will not regret it. Also there were several restaurants and small stores within easy walking distance Scott

"Nice stay!"
Sammy was a very nice host, friendly and kind! The house was comfortable, clean, quiet, and in a strategic position to reach Heathrow.
We would book the room again for our next trips to London! :)
