"Disappointed"
Location, size.
What could be improved: We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas eve to boxing day. The Internet did not work consistently for the duration of our stay, remote controls did not work, the Tivo box was not working properly (due to the wifi i presume) therefore watching any kind of Tv was not possible, nor any free wifi use. This was reported but never resolved (basically we were told to turn it off and on again) this was never fully resolved. In the kitchen we discovered a very dangerous broken shelf which almost resulted in pots and pans falling on my head. A video of this was sent to the support who simply replied "thanks for letting us know" thats it, nothing more!. These 2 issues ultimately impacted negatively on our stay. This is a shame as it is a nice property, attention to detail should be made after every stay to ensure the next occupants have a satisfactory stay. This appeared to be lacking on this occasion.

"The stay was ok, clean flat, however bedding let them down"
We was not happy with the bedding, as looked very worn. I contacted someone and then we had to go out and buy bedding as did not look clean or Iron. No one got back to me concerning the bedding, which was very disappointing. Would not use that accommodation again.

The location was ok for what we wanted for football and karting at Tottenham
What could be improved: The kitchen facilities were rubbish. Oven dirty. Kitchen trays and pots and pans were old broken and need replacing. Hive system didn’t work for the heating so had to use boiler controls. Silly shelf’s in living room silly place, be careful not to bang your head. Be careful on main door closing behind you without key

The location was good and the actual property is good.
What could be improved: A lot of things could of been better. The garden which isn't really a garden as its pretty much concrete was filthy and full of rubbish really disgusting! The fridge for a 3 bedroom flat was a disgrace tiny built in fridge freezer completely unsuitable for a 3 bedroom flat! In addition the downstairs flat who drop all the rubbish and are also very aggressive!

The flat was spotless with plenty of room for the three of us. It was comfortable and the owners staff quickly addressed my concerns/issues.
