Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Kings Cross-Euston Apartment on Eversholt Street, you’ll notice it sits right in the thick of things — and I mean that in the best way possible. This four-star apartment property doesn’t try to hide from the urban energy of London; instead, it embraces being part of one of the city’s most connected neighborhoods. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense London feel, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re looking for a proper base in Camden.

Location That Actually Works

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally between two of London’s major transport hubs. Kings Cross St. Pancras is a quick walk away, which means the Eurostar, multiple tube lines, and those fast trains to basically everywhere in the UK. Euston’s even closer, and if you’ve ever tried to find decent accommodation near these stations without paying through the roof, you know how tricky it can be. The Camden location gives you that perfect balance of being close to the action without the tourist crowds that swamp areas like Covent Garden.

The Space Itself

What sets this place apart is the apartment setup — you’re getting proper living space, not just a hotel room where you’re tripping over your suitcase. The kitchen is actually functional (I’ve stayed in plenty of London places where the “kitchenette” is basically decorative), and there’s enough counter space to make a real breakfast or sort out lunch for a day of sightseeing. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I really appreciate after a long day exploring the city.

The Neighborhood Experience

Camden’s got this interesting mix going on — you’ve got the traditional London pub scene, some genuinely good cafes that locals actually use, and enough variety in restaurants that you won’t get bored. The area’s got character without being overly polished, and you’re close enough to Regent’s Park for those moments when you need a bit of green space. I particularly like how easy it is to grab groceries and actually use that kitchen — there’s a proper Sainsbury’s nearby, not just those tiny overpriced convenience stores.

Why Guests Love It

The 8.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in London, but it delivers on what matters — space, location, and that feeling of having your own little corner of the city rather than just passing through. The transport connections mean you can be in central London, at the airports, or heading out of the city with minimal fuss. For the price point in this area, you’re getting solid value and a genuine London experience rather than some generic hotel stay.

"Great alternative to hotels and great value for the money"
The flat was really fine, great communication with the host. Easy to find and just about 10 min away from St Pancras and King's cross. We walked a lot by foot as you can reach British museum and a lot of places by walking. Busses stop just in front of the door.
What could be improved: There are not many shops, bars and cafés in the immediate surroundings.

"Great location and comfy apartment"
Great location, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a quick trip to London.
What could be improved: There was a little noise outside but it wouldn’t stop me staying again.

"Superb"
The host was very nice to meet with us earlier than check-in time. The property is very close to two tube stations and the bus stop is right in front of it, so it was very easy to get around from there. The place was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The accommodation offered a lot of facilities, which left us pleasantly surprised (there was even an iron + an ironing board!). Overall the stay in there was wonderful and we had a lovely time. Would recommend 100%!
What could be improved: The only small flaw we found, is that the pot we used to cook pasta may not be very suitable for an induction cooktop.

"Nice stay"
The property is close to the king’s cross station and it’s really comfortable moving with the tube and buses, easy for going to Camden market and other areas, I really liked the shower and bathroom space
What could be improved: The kitchen is basically in the second room that is not good for privacy moments if anyone needs to access to the kitchen area, the space of the room where the king bed is located is really small… could have been better, not much space for clothes, suitcases etc.

"Convenient location and very clean and tidy accommodation. The neighborhood was not the best."
Spotlessly clean, convenient for public transport
What could be improved: The flat was immaculate, however it is within a social housing block and the common areas were very shabby. We also witnessed some anti social behavior around the block, not the fault of the owners of course, but at times we didn’t feel safe in the area. We were also given an incorrect address for the property, we were told by the household we were sent to that this is a regular occurrence . We phoned the landlord and we were met at the correct address in the street.

"Neat, well located"
The location is great, and the apartment was very clean. Great shower and bed. It is very basic, but fair for the price.
What could be improved: The soundproofing is not great and we were kept up all night by noises outside. The check in process is a hassle. We had to communicate via whatsapp to get someone to meet us at the door (despite providing an up to date check in time); this wouldn't work for traveller's who don't have a UK Sim card. As it was my whatsapp did not go through, and I had to look up a cell number on booking.com
