When I first walked into this four-star property in Newham, I was honestly surprised by how much space they’ve managed to create — it doesn’t feel like your typical cramped London accommodation at all. The building itself has that sleek, contemporary look that screams “new London,” and you know what, it actually works.

The Apartment Layout

The apartment feels more like a proper home than a hotel stay, which I mean, is exactly what you want when you’re planning to stay longer than a weekend. The kitchen is fully equipped — not one of those token setups with just a kettle, but proper appliances where you could actually cook a decent meal. The living area flows nicely into the bedroom space, and there’s enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase the whole time.

Here’s the thing about Newham that most tourists don’t realize — it’s incredibly well-connected, and you’re getting way more value for money than anywhere in Zone 1. "Couple minor problems both easily fixed, perfection otherwise."
Location to the Excel Centre is a little walk of 5-10 mins but simple enough. Size, overall cleanliness and comfort plus ammenities available in the apartment were all fantastic.
What could be improved: Minor issues. Bathroom sink functioned but blocked, would take about 30 mins for a full sink to empty; also meant cleaning it was difficult. Also previous guests had written on the dirty windows and it was still visible when we arrived.

"Highly recommend - beautiful apartment, great value for money"
Highly recommend Khayat Homes - The Curve. Fantastic location, really close to the o2 for a concert we had but also very close to the train and tube stations. Plenty of convenience stores nearby also to get what you need. Apartment is fantastic value for money - balcony with great views, spacious apartment and very clean. Apartment has everything you need and customer service was excellent we could message with any queries and got a response really quickly. Thank you!
What could be improved: Perhaps upgrade the bed to a divan base as it’s very low to the ground - still had a very comfortable sleep though!

Really n Truly, there ain’t no complaints apart from there ain’t no extra toilet tissue in the crib, but overall it was a nice stay you got everything you need and the smart TV makes sense! Along with all the other facilities.
What could be improved: The fact there is literally no parking!! like bro in a house like this get parking!!

Love the design and decor of the apartment as well as the location.
What could be improved: Nothing that was unlikeable however the freezer was slightly broken and the sofa could be a bit bigger. Those elements are so minor that they could pass as unnoticeable. Absolutely love the apartment.

"Nice apartment, near to the 02 arena which is why we booked for a few days break."
Decor was superb and very spacious. The bathroom was excellent, absolutely loved the shower.
What could be improved: Patio doors and glass on balcony was absolutely filthy, it was the first thing you see when you open the door. The bed was terrible, I'm a disabled person and really struggled to get in and out of it as it was so low down, could really do with a proper sized bed. Bedside lamps didn't work. Couldn't get normal TV channels and the others were asking for me to sign in which wasn't very good as I wouldn't leave my details on someone else's tv. Not told about all the building work going on across the road. Could have done with table and chairs on the balcony as weather was really good. Could do with information on things to do and see, also how to get there.
