"Very good"
Space across the appartment and the architecture of the converted church. Kitchen looked great even though we didn't stay long enough to really use it. Access to the appartment was easy after we figured out the initial way in.
What could be improved: Bathroom tended to get steamed up and either wasn't any de-humidifer or we couldn't find it to operate it. Temperature settings in the main kitchen / main room area didn't appear to be working but was fine in the bedroom areas.

"Very comfortable spacious apartment full of light."
It was spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities. Lot of light and very comfortably decorated in a modern way. Really enjoyed the space.
What could be improved: 1) The kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. There was no scissors. Basic things like salt could have been in the apartment. No serving dishes or sponges etc. 2) We also had a lot of trouble with the heating system. The temperature was set very low and we were very cold. It took a while for the apartment to finally resolve it only when I emailed Booking.com. But in the end they were also kind enough to leave space heaters for us and our second week there was much more comfortable. 3) All the lighting in the apartment is programmed and this gave us a lot of trouble. The master bedroom lights would go off if I needed to use the bathroom lights (both didn’t work together), the second bathroom’s lights wouldn’t go off and were left on our whole visit etc. We did inform the management but they said the whole system would need reprogramming.

"Nice apartment in a great location, but needs some maintenance."
Flat is very modern, spacious and comfortable in a great location. For London, it is very good value.
What could be improved: There were a number of maintenance issues that need sorting. The thermostatic valves for the showers/baths do not work well and need to be replaced. The light in one of the toilets didn't work properly and the frying pan is not compatible with the induction hob.

"Superb"
The location was just right. A short trip to downtown London and other points of interest.
What could be improved: The air conditioning system did not work well. The apartment got very hot in the late afternoon and early evening. The refrigerator door was very difficult to open and the seal around the door was not secured well.

"Nice apartment in a great location - but very poorly equipped"
The location was great - close to train station. Very nice apartment - very comfortable and clean
What could be improved: Lack of kitchen equipment. Insufficient cutlery and crockery. No serving dishes or ovenware. Broken oven. All this was reported but not fixed

"Overall a good stay"
Location was good, a quick walk to the station. Provided with tea, coffee , milk capsules, washing liquid, washing machine capsules x2, all cutlery, pans were available. Clean apartment.
What could be improved: I could not control the temperature in the apartment, there was no fan provided and no tv subscription. The shower controls were hard to turn.

"Great last minute deal, beautiful safe stay for our exploring."
Very comfy bed and living room/kitchen setup, bathroom was beautiful too. The building felt very safe and close enough to transport links that central London wasn't too far. Great deal from Airbnb otherwise would have been too pricey.
What could be improved: Not many basic cupboard amenities, no oil, only small packets of salt and pepper, only a couple teabags. Felt like it was more tailored for a hotel-like stay than a few days. Hot water in the shower was too hot, difficult to change Couldn't figure out the thermostat but the windows helped to ventilate when needed.

"It was fun and gr8 place to be in."
Locatoin was great and they could add the extra free tickets to the Kew garderns. All the others are doing it next to them. But it was a great property
What could be improved: The toiletries were only given once we were there for almost 9 days and didnt last long for four people. they should have atlest left 4 sets in the begining itself. u know for a short stay we cant buy as it adds extra load. dont call on the weekends as they have outsourced it to an agency whcih is really really BAD. instead just email to them the response is better from the weekend agent is better.
