"Made the right choice"
We are a Malay Muslim family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child, 11 years old) from Singapore. Apartment is under the Primestay Services chain. Very impressive with the fast check in response. I book at 4pm for a same day check in and within 30 minutes, got the watsapps link and key combo to enter the apartment. Apartment is very clean. Living room is also kitchen and dining room. Cosy and spacious enough for us to hang out, cook and eat. Main bedroom is equipped queen size bed, cupboard and space for 1 big luggage and 1 small luggage to be placed on the floor. The other bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed and a side drawer. Space enough for 1 big luggage and 1 small luggage to be placed on the floor at the end of bed. No cupboard. From this bedroom, you can go into the private garden. It can be viewed from other levels occupiers as well. Washing machine is in good working condition. Dryer available but we didn’t use it. Just 3 minutes walk is the West Keningston Underground station (District Line). This station is about 4-5 stations away from most city centre stations. So about 15-20 minutes away. Also on the same road, there is 1 halal eatery that opened from 10am - 1am daily. Sells burger, peri-peri rice, fries. There are also 2 halal shop market that sells raw chicken, meat, vegetables, fruits, spices, rice grains, instant noodles, condiments, bread, spreads, instant coffees, tea, Malaysian Maggie Chill sauce, etc etc. Fully equipped for your purchase if you want to cook. You can use the pots and pans provided in the apartment or have your own.
What could be improved: Apartment is at the basement level. Walk down a few steps to entrance. Older people or those on wheelchairs will find this a challenge. Wifi is very laggy. Better to use own phone network. Toilet should have hooks to hang towel and clothes

"A comfortable and convenient family stay in a spacious, well-located apartment."
The apartment was clean, neat, and spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable common area with a sofa and TV, a dining table, and even a garden. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the tube station, cafes, shops, and restaurants.
What could be improved: There was nothing major we didn’t like, but depending on the season, the garden could use a bit more maintenance.
