You’re basically in the heart of one of London’s most desirable postcodes here. Kensington Gardens is literally a few minutes’ walk away — I mean, you can practically see the trees from some windows. The Natural History Museum, V&A, and Science Museum are all within easy walking distance, which honestly makes this spot perfect if you’re planning to do the cultural tourist thing. What I really appreciate though is how residential it feels; you’re not stuck in some touristy bubble but actually living among proper Londoners.
The Apartment Experience
This four-star setup gives you proper apartment living rather than just a hotel room. Each unit comes with a full kitchen, which is brilliant if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local markets and actually cook something decent. The space feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a generic hotel — there’s character in the furnishings and enough room to properly unpack and settle in for a few days.
Practical Considerations
The 7.8 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand — it’s solid and dependable without being spectacular. Parking in this area is typically London-challenging, so I’d honestly recommend relying on public transport instead. The nearest tube stations put you within easy reach of anywhere you’d want to go, and walking through Kensington streets is actually part of the charm. The building doesn’t have a restaurant on-site, but given the kitchen facilities and the incredible dining scene right on your doorstep, that’s hardly a problem.

"A clean apartment and good location"
Nice and clean apartment, close location to Earl Court underground which was handy as seemed to be mainly direct tubes everywhere we wanted to go, this made travelling from the location super easy. Really clean too which is the main thing and lots of storage.
The main bad thing about this property is the noise is ridiculous, I woke up 3/4 times each night because of others being noisy in their apartments or just outside noise because the windows are not thick.

"Very good location. Bigger bed would be better:)"
Location was very nice, lovely street, everything was just few minutes walk distance, room was clean, furniture was nice and new, small but good bathroom
What could be improved: Neighborhood was quiet but other guests were bit noisy and have some parties in rooms including loud music and some loudly arguments. Bed was in good size just for two young and skinny girls.

"Great location if you don’t mind noise and stairs, cozy and comfy easy location apartment"
The apartment itself was cozy and well appointed with high end fixtures. It was in a great location serviced well by tube and bus. Amazing shower and was safe and clean.
What could be improved: The listing states there is a washing machine and pictures are somewhat misleading that it is within the apartment. This is not the case, which would be ok if there were more than 2 for the entire buildings usage. Our next door neighbours were very noisy late into the early morning an as the laundry was right outside our door, the slamming of the laundry door at all hours was not great for light sleepers.
There are a lot of stairs if on the top level, not a complaint, but for awareness if you have large bags or mobility limitations. We also encountered issues paying our security deposit, having to provide our card details several times, but that was likely our error.

It was a great property. Clean. All things needed including a kettle, microwave and toaster! Great location!
What could be improved: Would be a 10 but you can hear every door slamming so my partner didn’t get much sleep

"Super convenient and safe apartment perfect for a solo traveler!"
Great location situated between 2 central tube lines. Super easy to access the property with codes instead of clunky keys. Great array of appliances including microwave and Nespresso machine - the laundry upstairs was a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend for a solo traveler - I felt very safe and would absolutely book again!
What could be improved: A little on the smaller side but fine for me traveling by myself (probably wouldn’t recommend for couples). Only downside was no aircon!

"Very good"
The location, the apartment, and furniture/equipment were beautiful. However, the fan in the apartment is really dusty and needs to be cleaned. As soon as I turned on the fan, dust and particles were flying everywhere in the apartment. Also, please communicate how the window could be opened as it was very warm inside even with the fan in use.
What could be improved: Clients could do with more ventilation into the apartment as it was very warm inside, making it uncomfortable to live in. But truly, it was a beautiful apartment in a great location. I will like to stay there again.
