Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Imperial Queensway Apartment on a busy stretch of Queensway, you might wonder if you’ve got the right address. It’s tucked between shops and cafés, which honestly makes it feel more like discovering a local secret than checking into a typical hotel. The building itself has that solid Victorian character you see all over this part of London, and once you’re inside, the four-star quality becomes immediately obvious.
Location Perks
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally a two-minute walk from Hyde Park, which means morning jogs or evening strolls are ridiculously easy. Bayswater and Queensway stations are right there, so getting anywhere in London is actually straightforward. The street itself buzzes with Middle Eastern restaurants and late-night eateries, plus there’s a Whiteleys shopping center nearby when you need basics or want to grab something quick.
The Apartment Experience
Each apartment here feels more like staying in someone’s well-appointed flat than a hotel room. The kitchen setup is genuinely useful — not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation, but actual counter space and cookware if you want to prep meals. I mean, with Borough Market and Portobello Road both accessible, you might actually want to cook something. The living areas have enough space to spread out, which you’ll appreciate after walking around London all day.
Practical Comforts
The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, with decent water pressure (something you can’t take for granted in older London buildings). Air conditioning works properly, which matters more than you’d think during those unexpectedly warm London summers. WiFi is reliable throughout, and there’s enough parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in central London — though honestly, you won’t need a car from this location.
Why Guests Love It
What sets Imperial Queensway Apartment apart is how it balances that apartment-style independence with hotel-level service. You get daily housekeeping, but you also have the freedom to come and go without feeling like you’re disturbing anyone. The staff knows the neighborhood well and can point you toward that perfect little restaurant or the quickest route to wherever you’re headed. It’s particularly great for longer stays or when you’re traveling with family — having that extra space and kitchen flexibility just makes everything easier.
Apartments in London suit families with bright bay windows, full kitchens, and sunset loops through Hyde Park paths.

The Location is amazing. You can go anywhere with underway under 30 mins.
Apartment was awesome. Large kitchen/rooms are quite enough for us. You can cook your meal easily.
What could be improved: Bed was a little noisy with its bed springs. But it does not keep me from give 10 point

"Great location"
Perfect location
What could be improved: There is so much light that despite the blinds, that it was a bit difficult to sleep. It really needs a new mattress.

"Superb"
The apartment is light and airy and clean. In a perfect location. Unfortunately, the district and circle lines were closed, so we only had access to Queensway, but normally, you'd have access to both tube stations right on the doorstep. The apartment has everything you need, and the key pick up on the same street is handy. The staff communication was excellent and prompt responses. It can be a little noisy from the road, but you soon get used to it. Was very warm on the first day, so I had to open the window, but temperatures dropped, so it wasn't uncomfortable, but it did get a little chilly. This was a great short stay apartment, and even the sofa bed was pretty comfy. Which is unusual. We really enjoyed our stay.
What could be improved: Could do with a warm blanket as there are so many large windows on the 5th floor, it did get a little cold. We didn't put the heating on, though, so that could have helped. Can't really fault the place.

"Excellent except for the tv system and programmes, we had a joyful stay."
The Tv was not working, to get host to rectify was difficult. Operating the operating was a hassle.
What could be improved: Make basic tv programmes, like news available.

"Small changes could make a huge difference."
The location was perfect , the flat was lovely and clean and well equipped with plenty of space . We were supplied with some snacks and tea, which was a nice touch . The washing machine was a huge bonus as we didn't need to bring home dirty clothes. The flat was very clean .
What could be improved: The blinds could be swapped for blackout blinds. It would make a huge difference if the rooms were dark for sleeping also one blind in the living area was broken . The shower door doesn't shut all the way, not a huge deal, but the floor got wet when the shower was running. Also, more than one dish towel would have been great. The top bolt on the door needs fixed, too . A few small things that, if fixed, could make a huge difference.

"Great location and suitable for a family of five on a city break with somewhat dated interior"
Located just one street from the western end of Hyde Park—a superb location. This one-bedroom (likely ex-council) flat features large windows that flood the space with natural light from its fifth-floor position. The well-equipped kitchen has been recently refurbished.
What could be improved: The interior is basic, with notable shortcomings—no coat hooks at the entrance or in the bathroom, which is rather small and combines the toilet space. I expected basic amenities like teabags or coffee capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine, rather than having to search for them upon arrival. Key collection is from a vaping shop which, while functional, appears somewhat questionable.
