The Lancaster Gate tube station is even closer, and you know what? Sometimes those extra two stops make all the difference when you’re dragging luggage around.

My room had this perfect balance of period charm and modern comfort — high ceilings, original moldings, but also proper blackout curtains and a rainfall shower that actually had decent water pressure.
