The Hammersmith tube station is about a 10-minute walk, and from there you’re looking at maybe 15-20 minutes to get into the heart of things. "Cosy immaculate apartment with lovely views"
The apartment is immaculately clean. Lovely rooftop view from the large window in kitchen- living area. Cosy and warm. Bed linens were clean and fresh. The shower was lovely. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable for sleep
What could be improved: The towel rack next to the shower is so hot if u touch it it will burn.

"Great experience overall."
Location especially the seat out area. The room had a good over all view. My children enjoyed counting all the incoming flights into Heathrow.
What could be improved: Narrow stair way to the top, because room was located at the last floor. Getting to the room with boxes etc was quite tasking. Apartment also needs proper beds. Them sofa foldable beds can blow out someone’s back/waist. Heater close to the door leading to the seat out wasn’t working. That needs to be looked into because room can be cold especially when it rains.

"As my granddaughter liked to call it. A great holiday home."
Great location very near my son and lived not having keys only passcodes for the doors.
What could be improved: Lots of stairs to property with nowhere to safely leave a pram. Residents kept leaving the outside door off the snib although they had been provided with a passcode to enter.

"Good location- nice views"
Great location. Short walk to Hammersmith tube station. Light and airy with outdoor area to eat meals. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Decent for family of 4.
What could be improved: Check in is very late.. 4pm for early international arrivals, it's a very long wait.
Sofa beds need replacing, not comfortable, ok for kids. Also, more bowls, mugs and proper wine glasses would be good. Cotton sheets for summer.

"Perfect experience"
The apartment is very well equiped with all electronic devices that heps a lot. It is also near the underground, so you can easily go to visit all places in London and also connect with the train to go to other cities like Cambridge, York, etc.

"Superb"
It's a modern flat with modern equipment. Really close to bus stops and underground stations. We definitely could turn the heat on, at some some point it was even too much and we had to turn it off. Really quiet building, not a single noise was heard during the night. Great water pressure in the shower.
What could be improved: The only bad thing for us was that the sofa beds were pretty bad. Uncomfortable to the point you didn't know which position was best to get some sleep.

"Superb"
I loved the location and the cleanliness at the arrival.
What could be improved: I would appreciate to have more linens, towels and cleaning products, since we were a family and we stayed for one week.

"For London, this is a good property at a decent price and I would consider using it again"
Located in a nice area. Great outdoor space. Fab sliding windows to help cool the lounge and several velux windows for air flow in the bedroom. Bed was reasonably comfy although it is just a mattress on the floor due to sloping roof. Modern styling and had all the basics required for cooking.
What could be improved: Needs a fresh lick of paint and some nice artwork to brighten up the space. It's all rather bland. You couldn't sit on one sofa as extremely uncomfortable but the other was ok. The lounge space is unusual so there isn't a space for the TV. Instead, the TV is in the bedroom. We only wanted to watch it at breakfast time but on a longer stay, this could be a negative for others.
The cleaners do a good job of cleaning the main spaces and tops of furniture but need to occasionally clean inside drawers, bathroom cabinet etc

"Great location and good facilities. Not happy with the hosts actions."
Easy to get in without meeting the host.
What could be improved: The host woke us up at 9.30pm trying to get into the property to do something. We were jet lagged and asleep. We weren't happy. In my opinion once we have the use of the property the host should leave us alone and definitely not knock on the door at 9.30pm at night.
