"VERY GOOD WOULD STAY AGAIN 100%"
THE APARTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED THE LOCATION WAS ALSO PERFECT MINUTES AWAY FROM KENSINGTON HIGH ST AND UNDERGROUND STATION . VERY GOOD COMMUNICATIONS FOR DOOR ENTRY SYSTEM . AND ALSO IN A QUIET LOCATION
What could be improved: SEVERAL TIMES ON RETURNING TO APARTMENT THE FRONT DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED THIS REALLY IS A SECURITY ISSUE THE DOOR NEEDS A STRONG CLOSER TO BE FITTED

"Loved it"
Location and spacious Smart modern clean
What could be improved: Too hot Windows be reluctant to open and keep open but did find fan in wardrobe Godsend but too noisy for all night
No Wi-Fi so limited TV … no phone line to plug in Wi-Fi and connect to box
Could have phoned about it but was t really bothered
Emailed me wrong code to enter apartment Had to ring as couldn’t get entertained on first day bit stressful

"Convenient and quiet location."
Great location and the place was neat and well presented.
What could be improved: (1) They advertised on that the bed was made from two single beds, but when we went there there was only one double mattress. One of us had to sleep on the floor with a sleeping bag bought from Decathlon. I emailed them and was told the place was as advertised ??? (please see the picture below)
(2) More of a minor issue. The lights in the bedroom flicker and the one on top of the mirror does not work.

"Good room and location let down by lack of communication."
Location and room except the inability to get the tv working.
What could be improved: Lack of communication particularly on arrival with no indication that the fees had not gone through and 2 hours waiting to get in with a partner who has epilepsy.
We provided kitchen and toilet rolls which were in short supply or non existent.

"Very unhappy with apartment stay."
Modern and clean....looked like recently refurbished.
What could be improved: Basement apartment..too many very steep stairs without lift...particularly difficult with heavy luggage..before checked in,put in request less stairs apartment because had heavy luggage..,don't think the booking company tried in any way to help me with easier access apartment,even though did seem some apart. vacant...put in message that safe wasn't working in room,didn't have any follow up...whole time I was staying there did not here from booking company at,all....very noisy and not soundproof from apartment upstairs,although do realise building is an old period style building,don't think has been any attempt made to soundproof from floor above, security light outside front door,does not stay on very long,so when trying key numbers security system front door,light turns off,and as apartment 2 that stayed in,right in the dungeons,dark without light,so left in dark trying key in security system for door......would not stay in this apartment ever again.!..checked out one day early as had enough,particularly thumping footsteps from above apartment...definately over priced apartment on booking.com

"Really good"
Location, cleanliness great, tea coffee, toiletries lovely. Wi-Fi good.
What could be improved: Security tricky, lots of codes, difficult to get in in the middle of the night. Heating complicated.

"Fantastic location, clean modern flat."
Excellent location, 5min walk to Kensington High tube. Clean modern apartment, kettle, iron+board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels provided. Instant coffe/tea available.
What could be improved: Extremely steep stairs . Can't be helped as period building.

"An ok studio in a brilliant location"
Great location. Tiny but nice kitchen and bathroom
What could be improved: Some signs of damp on the wall but it was summer and very warm. No smell. Sound of a fridge or similar from neighbouring room all night but it didn't disturb me.
