Kingston upon Thames is one of those London suburbs that feels like a proper town rather than just another zone on the tube map. You’re about 25 minutes from central London by train, but honestly, Kingston itself has plenty going on — decent shopping, riverside walks along the Thames, and that lovely market square. The house is a short walk from Kingston station, and there’s parking available, which is gold dust around London. I found myself popping into town for coffee or groceries without it feeling like a trek.

What Works Really Well

The hosts have clearly thought about what guests actually need rather than just ticking boxes. The WiFi is solid throughout the house, there are enough bathrooms that you’re not queuing in the morning, and the beds are genuinely comfortable — not just “hotel comfortable” where you wake up wondering why your back hurts. "Comortable rooms in quiet neighbourhood"
It is a fantastic place for a group of friends. Comfortale rooms and spaceous living room. Near the house there is a shop and good Fish and chips. It takes about an hour to get to the city Centre. Good contact with the owner. IF I come again to London I will definately stay there again.
What could be improved: The only minus was the lack of pan and kettles to fry or cook some eggs.

"A fabulous house for a large party of people."
We were looking for a property that would accommodate ten people and this house was absolutely perfect. We were planning to attend the rugby at Twickenham and this was ideally located. Unfortunately, the trains were on strike so we had to take taxis but this wasn't a problem as, due to the proximity to the stadium, they didn't cost a fortune. The owner, Reiss, responded to all communications really quickly - even when my son had to call him as I had given him the wrong code for the key safe. The property very deceptive from the outside. Looked like a regular semi-detached but was actually a tardis. A massive kitchen/dining/living area with everything you could need for a few days away. Lovely garden although we were not in the house long enough to use it. There were four generous bathrooms, one en-suite, and the showers were wonderful with plenty of hot water. The beds were really comfortable, although my only criticism would be that the pillows were rather flat and there was only one per person. However, in a house this good and reasonably priced, this was a small price to pay. We were even complimented by the neighbours who remarked how quiet we had been!! Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. THANK YOU!!
What could be improved: The pillows could have been plumper and the towels a little larger. A few larger glasses would have been useful as well. Not major issues, though.

What could be improved: The cleanliness and given the size of some of the bedrooms it would be possible to have larger double beds. The kitchen was generally well stocked, but could do with new / larger frying pans.

이 숙소는 런던 뉴몰든에 위치해 있습니다. 총 3층(영국식으로 2층)으로 되어 있으며, 방과 화장실이 넉넉해 가족끼리 지내는 데 너무나 좋았습니다. 그리고 주차도 가능했습니다. 가족 단위로 여행하는 분들에게 적극 추천합니다!
What could be improved: 모두 만족합니다. 다만, 이 숙소가 뉴몰든에 위치해 있어 한인타운, 한식당 등 접근하는데는 용이하지만, 센트럴하고는 조금 거리가 있습니다. 그래도 뉴몰든 역에서 워털루역까지 기차로 한 번에 가기 때문에 큰 문제는 아니었습니다.

Le logement est vraiment bien pour recevoir un groupe composé de plusieurs couples car il est composé de 6 chambres. Ce qui est vraiment appréciable c'est le nombre de salles de bain qui est de 4 et qui permet à tout le monde de conserver une certaine intimité.
What could be improved: Le logement n'était pas d'une propreté irréprochable même si cela était acceptable pour passer un bon séjour. Le logement se trouve un peu loin du centre de Londres (1h environ)
