"Would use again."
Quiet location although situated on the main road, easy access to railway station and bus stop. The flat is airy and comfortable, the decoration modern.
What could be improved: The onboarding process was long and intrusive (copy of passport, really ?). Had I known about it at the time of booking, I would probably have given the property a miss, which would have been a shame since it is excellent.

Great location and a super cute flat! It was very close to the bus and a super marker so it was very convenient. The host was very sweet and responsive. Would definitely stay again next time!

What could be improved: L'appartamento è stato affittato per 4 persone, con la prospettiva di avere un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto. Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che il divano letto che veniva indicato non è altro che un divano con schienale reclinabile, molto scomodo e piccolo per 2 persone. Alla richiesta di una soluzione allo staff, ci viene risposto, dopo una lunga attesa, che non c'è nulla da fare se non l'aggiunta di un semplice materassino gonfiabile (probabilmente a pagamento). Due di noi hanno dunque dovuto dormire per 5 notti su un divano, quando in realtà avevano pagato per un letto. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia e l'accoglienza, la prima risultava piuttosto scarsa ma comunque accettabile, ma al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nemmeno il letto fatto. La doccia risultava difficile da usare, se non impossibile, in quanto non si riusciva a trovare una via di mezzo tra l'acqua fredda e l'acqua bollente. Abbiamo amato molto Londra, ma di certo, tornando indietro, non sceglieremmo sicuramente questa struttura di nuovo.
