Overview
First Impressions
Hannah Place Near Finsbury Park – 4 Double Beds, Ideal for Families, max 8 people isn’t your typical London hotel experience — it’s actually a proper family house that feels like staying with friends who happen to have excellent taste. Walking up to this five-star property on Linthorpe Road, you’ll notice it sits quietly in a residential street that locals clearly take pride in. The entrance immediately signals this is something special, with thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience.
The Space That Works
Here’s what I love about this place — those four double beds aren’t crammed into tiny spaces like you’d expect in London. Each room feels properly sized, and honestly, the layout just makes sense for families or groups traveling together. You get the luxury of space without feeling like you’re rattling around in some impersonal mansion. The house has this warm, lived-in quality that manages to feel both upscale and genuinely comfortable.
Location Insights
Hackney gets a bad rap from people who haven’t actually spent time here, but this particular stretch near Finsbury Park is brilliant. You’re close enough to hear the buzz of the area without dealing with the chaos, and I mean, Finsbury Park tube station is right there when you need to get into central London. The neighborhood has that authentic London feel — corner shops, local pubs, and tree-lined streets where you’ll see actual families going about their lives.
What Makes It Special
The luxury here isn’t about marble lobbies or uniformed staff — it’s in the details that matter when you’re traveling with a group. There’s proper kitchen space if you want to grab groceries and cook breakfast together, which honestly saves you a fortune in London. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and each room has enough storage that you’re not living out of suitcases for your entire stay.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it solves the real problem of group travel in London — finding somewhere that doesn’t feel cramped or overpriced. You get the privacy of separate bedrooms with the luxury of shared common spaces, and the whole setup just encourages people to actually spend time together. Plus, there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels like a real London home rather than another generic hotel room with views of a brick wall.
Hotels in London dot historic Covent Garden, royal squares, and creative quarters brimming with artisan markets.

It’s super comfy and spacious!
What could be improved: Nothing, really close to the train station, which makes access to London city easy

"Perfect choice in terms of price/value ratio"
We had a pleasant stay and were mostly satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. Everything was well-organized and nicely equipped, we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also great and quiet, in terms of public transport it was easy to get to the city.
What could be improved: On the downside, the apartment is a bit far from the city center, so it takes some time to reach the main attractions. There were also a few minor cleanliness issues, and some items could use a little maintenance or repair. Still, overall it was a good experience and we would consider staying here again.

"Good choice"
It's very cosy and warm. Pretty central to our activities and getting entry was easy.
What could be improved: The dining room heating wasn't working. The radiators might need bleeding, which was a shame, as the rest of the house was warm. If we had decided to cook, there may have been a lack of equipment.

"It was okay but I think if the points I mentioned are addressed, it would be excellent"
I liked the size of the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area. It was in a good location. I appreciated that an attempt to get the hot water working was made.
What could be improved: I think the hot water could have been sorted out before we arrived. The house had a musty smell so could have been made to smell fresher. The oven did not work and in fact, was lighting and then once the door was shut, the flame would go off and gas would be leaking. There were mice droppings on the kitchen counter overnight. Also, parking conditions were not clear.

"London Weekend Away"
The place is genuinely like a tardis. All the rooms are super spacious, big double bedrooms, the lounge and separate dining areas were lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Lots of ice in the freezer was a lovely touch, as we always forget ice and it was a particularly hot weekend! Check in was very easy and the place was clean. Great value for money especially in London.
What could be improved: The beds were a little soft and springy for our liking. The heat really rose so the top bedrooms were very warm, however the windows did open nice and wide.
