"Great for a longer stay when you want to cook yourself and have a good night sleep."
Very lovely and comfortable app., 5 min from Hammersmith tube station. Great layout and super comfortable beds. Fairly quiet as well.
What could be improved: Not eco friendly, no trash bins for plastic or paper. It wasnt that clean, the rugs and chairs and sofa need stain cleaning and there was black hair everywhere.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located just few minutes walk from the tube station, shops, and restaurants. We have an issue with pests, but the management quickly sent someone to address it.

Flat at 2 stages with a terrace outside, two bedrooms and 3 bathorooms. very comfortable and clean. Easy access and with a good position, just 5 minutes from metro station and close a the shopping center
What could be improved: No coffee machine available No hangers in the entrance for coats bathrooms at the lower stage without windows and Air aspirators (musty smell)

"Beautiful apartment, great location, quiet and calm - rethink early check-in?"
Beautiful apartment in Hammersmith. The space is close to the tube and overground train station, is central with access to shopping centres (and grocery stores Sainsbury's and Tesco nearby) as well as other outlet stores and bars. Far enough from the main street to keep it quiet, yet close enough (5-10 min. walking distance) to the nearest amenities. The beds were comfy!
What could be improved: The apartment could've been cleaner - there's a rug in the living area downstairs that had dirty footprints on it when we arrived, and very noticeable areas on the wooden laminated floors were not swept (dust and noticeable debris). Although we arranged for and were approved for an earlier check-in, we thought the approval meant the apartment would be completely ready by then.

The location was great. The apartment is very new.
What could be improved: Surroundings was noisy. We were informed 1/2 hour before check-in that there were to be 3 hours delay! Two much stairs…one short and one long stairs to get into the building and one long and squeaky inside the apartment. No amenites! Housekeeping was poor, carpet and floor was dirty with no amunities

What could be improved: Small beds (120 cm) - for 1 OK but for 2 so-so. More basic kitchen equipment (salt, pepper or kitchen roll) would be appreciated.

"Lovely stay"
Fantastic location, Perfect instructions prior to stay; friendly, swift and helpful responses to inquiries prior to stay. Spacious apartment, great balcony, comfortable beds.
What could be improved: A wardrobe and/or some hooks on the bathroom/bedroom would be helpful. Better kitchen towels too. Hot water ran out pretty fast (4 people in apartment). All in all minor things though.
