First Impressions
When I first walked into GuestReady – Top Floor Chic Camden Flat, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another serviced apartment listing. But this four-star place on Camden Street genuinely surprised me — and I mean that in the best way possible. The top floor location means you’re getting proper natural light flooding through the windows, plus you’re far enough up to escape most of the street noise that Camden is famous for.
The Space Itself
The flat has this modern, clean aesthetic that actually works without feeling sterile. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped — I’m talking proper cookware, not just the bare minimum you usually get in these places. You know what I appreciated most? They’ve got decent coffee gear, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The living area flows nicely into everything else, and there’s enough space to actually relax rather than just exist.
Location Perks
Here’s the thing about being right on Camden Street — you’re literally a five-minute walk from Camden Market, but you’re positioned just far enough from the absolute chaos to get some peace. The tube connections are excellent (Camden Town station is right there), and I found myself walking to central London more often than expected because the route along the canal is actually quite pleasant. Plus, there’s a Sainsbury’s practically next door, which honestly matters more than you’d think.
What Makes It Work
The 9.4 rating isn’t just inflated numbers — this place runs smoothly. The building feels secure, the wifi actually works properly, and when I had a minor issue with the heating, someone sorted it out within hours. The room setup is thoughtful too — proper blackout curtains (essential in London summers) and enough power outlets where you actually need them. Small details, but they add up to a much better stay.
Why Guests Love It
Look, if you want hotel-style service with someone bringing you fresh towels daily, this isn’t your spot. But if you prefer having your own space while being perfectly positioned to explore London, it’s brilliant. The combination of being in Camden (with all its energy and character) while having a calm, well-designed space to retreat to works really well. I’d definitely stay here again — and I’m quite picky about these things.

"Great location and clean apartment"
The location was great. We were able to get everywhere really easy but we were a few min away from the main strip so it wasn’t overly loud. Able to sleep easily. Fan was a great addition and we had it on every night for air circulation. It was great to have extra space compared to a normal hotel room

Comfy and cozy apartment. Bed was amazing! Close to shopping and grocery options. Within walking distance of Camden Market and the canals. Fun area of London!
What could be improved: Shower and bath directions would have been helpful. I think we figured it out but needed a bit more help. Need more direction for stovetop as well.

"Convenient 1 bedroom apartment in Camden"
The apartment was well equipped from kitchen to bathroom supplies. I loved the decor as well, it really felt like our home away from home. The location of the apartment is also so conveniently located, right next to the Camden market and the Camden overgrown station. The underground is a quick 5 minute walk.
What could be improved: Nothing.

"Superb"
It was an amazing location, nice space, great bathroom, lots of sitting area.
What could be improved: On the day of our check out, I was up cleaning and packing and they turned the wifi off at 7 am.
TV wasn't usable since everything was streaming, it was very inconvenient since we didn't know which train we were getting on yet, and we found it quite unnecessary.

"Overall, fantastic stay and great value. We’d book again."
We stayed for a week as a couple and could have stayed longer. The flat is gorgeous and well laid out: a big bed, comfy living room, good-size bathroom, and a cute, practical kitchenette. It was spotless on arrival with plenty of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and even shampoo and conditioner. The tech was a bonus: smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom that connect easily to Netflix/Prime/Spotify, plus bedside tables with built-in phone chargers. The location is excellent, close to both the Overground and the Tube and although it’s in Camden, it’s off the main drag, so it was quiet at night. Overall, fantastic stay and great value. We’d book again.
What could be improved: Small suggestion: add a mattress topper or cover to bridge the slight gap where two twins are pushed together. Not a big deal, but it would make the bed perfect.

"A charming apartment in a cozy neighborhood."
I absolutely loved this apartment. Camden is a fantastic neighborhood, and with just a 5-minute walk, Camden Town is right around the corner. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities you could wish for, and everything is beautifully decorated. The bed is also really comfortable.
What could be improved: During the summer, the apartment tends to get quite warm. While opening all the windows allows for a refreshing breeze, air conditioning would be a valuable addition. The only other drawback is the kitchen window covering, which isn't attached directly to the window, making it a bit cumbersome to use.
