"It was really wonderful and we plan to stay at the flat again again on our next visit."
We liked literally everything - and appreciated the truth in advertising. Location and facilities were terrific.
What could be improved: Lockbox combo was correct but a little unclear which of the 4 lockboxes the keys were in - we figured it out but it was dark so it took a little while. Relatively minor inconvenience in the scheme of things :) Only other recommendation might be to consider just providing a few written instructions about appliances, like how to use the coffeemaker; we couldn't figure that out so ended up going to buy 3 cups of coffee ecah morning at Pret.

"Quiet, secure and just what we needed."
The apartment was beautifully furnished, the little outdoor area was really useful in the heat, and the kitchen was perfect.
What could be improved: The air conditioning was actually one stand alone unit, so could only be used in one bedroom.

"Spacious flat in a great location--perfect for traveling families!"
The location was really fantastic. Loved all the shop, grocery, and food options in such a short walking distance. I felt extremely safe in the area and comfortable walking around. The best part was Clissold Park and the Stoke Newington Church being so close by. Very scenic. The flat had pretty much everything you need for cleaning, cooking, laundry, and even some extra stuff for leisure like games and books. Nice alternative to hotels or airbnb. The hosts were very communicative.
What could be improved: The amenities were great (please note there is no microwave but there is an oven to heat things up); however, the kitchen wasn't the tidiest when we arrived. There were still breadcrumbs on the counter and some areas on the floor with spills. For the most part it was very clean, but it seems the cleaners may have just been rushing through the job.

"Great place to stay in London!"
Size and quality, perfect location, calm and safe
What could be improved: Finding the key was challenging, especially in the dark evening. The first night was very cold because the heating hadn’t been turned on before our arrival. Communication was only possible through an AI system, which didn’t understand or resolve our issues (for example, the hairdryer didn’t work and there was no bed prepared for the fifth person). There is also no luggage storage near the property, even though the map suggests otherwise (likely a Google Maps issue, but still important to know in advance). Overall, it would have been much better to have a real person available to speak with.

"The location is great for eating out but not so good when arriving in the dark and the pouring rain."
Clean, spacious and warm
What could be improved: Trying to find the key box to enter the building when the instructions were wrong. Trying to work out how the shower worked without water going everywhere. Finding that the hairdryer did not work. I didn’t see a microwave in the kitchen. It would have been welcoming to have found tea or coffee and milk.

The location is just off the High Street. Very convenient
What could be improved: The instructions to collect the keys said bottom right box. It was in fact the bottom left. The Jura coffee machine was not working. I had spent £12 on beans for the visit as we use pods at home. the steps to the patio are loose. This could be a hazard.
