"Close to public transportation, very nice and clean."
Inside was clean and had so much room for our big family of 7. It was next to stores to purchase snacks and right across the street from public transportation. Would only stay here if in the area again.

Spacious rooms/areas. Clean apartment. Fully equipped with necessities. Convenient location for sightseeing. Friendly/helpful staff members ensuring our needs.
What could be improved: •Door handle for the balcony needs fixing since it’s not in the best condition when we arrived. •Extra blankets to be prepared in the apartment. •A table and some chairs on the balcony would be nice for relaxation but not necessary.

"Great location. Nice apartment."
The location to Excel was amazing. There were plenty of places to eat and a Tesco Express outside 👍 The Tube station is also right outside, which is great.
What could be improved: The kitchen didn't have as many glasses etc. as I would have liked. There was no spare toilet roll. I didn't think to bring any :(

It was very modern, stylish and lots of space. Would definitely stay again!
What could be improved: Unfortunately our original apartment got cancelled so we had to book this one and we were advised that we then had to pay an additional £500 deposit. We were really sceptical about this but the staff reassured us and kindly gave us the deposit back the same day we checked out after the cleaners had been in. There was a couple of stains on the carpet, and some little bits could have been a bit cleaner but this would not stop us coming back and did not effect our stay!
