"Comfortable,clean property in a good location."
Spacious, comfortable and overall to a good standard of cleanliness. Good location near to shops, restaurants and tube station. Parking space allocated. Plenty of cups and glasses. Adequate plates and cutlery. Washing machine, maiden/clothes dryer, ironing board and iron if needed. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space in the bedrooms and a large fridge freezer in kitchen. Shoe cupboard located at top of stairs.
What could be improved: Back bedroom windows do not close properly, therefore, there is a gap around both windows that lets cold air in; particularly during a windy autumn night. Also means you can clearly hear the foxes scream at night! No dishwasher tablet supplies; washed dishes by hand instead. Some pans could do with replacing as they are quite worn out. Disappointed to find a sauté/frying pan in the cupboard that still had the remains of spaghetti and sauce on it. Need more pasta bowls, cereal bowls, side plates and wine glasses, especially if 4 guests staying. Prefer beds to have mattress and pillow protectors. Kitchen and bathroom sinks do not have a plug! No shower mat to stand on when you step out of shower unit. No information book containing instructions for heating, local area amenities or any other useful information. Couldn’t locate a food waste bin or plastic recycling box at the property, only main waste and paper/cardboard recycling bins located at front. Could do with a fresh coat of paint as several scuff marks seen in all rooms.
