"Good place to stay if you want to save money on lodging expenses"
Dialog with Host was great. Asked for fans and host willingly supplied fans. Keys easy to get from lockbox. Apartment a good size. Quiet location. Grocery stores and other shopping nearby. Tube stop a 10-15 min walk.
What could be improved: Trash can in kitchen is ridiculously small, smaller than most bathroom trash cans. No lift. Had to take heavy luggage up one flight of stairs. This is manageable but want others to know of this in case someone has issues with steps. Tube stop is a ways outside of the heart of London. It is far enough out that once you head out for the day, you will not return until the end of the day. I knew this when booking but others may not be aware of this. However, the line is a good one to get to many places easily without having to make too many changes.

"functional accommodation in a great location for Wembley Stadium"
Fantastic location for a Wembley Stadium event we attended.
What could be improved: Would have liked some lamps in the lounge and bedrooms. Blind in bedroom broken so couldn’t open. Some tea/coffee/milk would have been really welcome after a long journey.

What could be improved: Extra charge for checking in an hour early. Plus checkout at 1030 !!! After charging premium rates for the place. Gbp 15 for checking in early by an hour ! After changes gbp 350 per day …. Are you kidding me ?

Location was excellent - 10 min walk from two different tube stations and a good shopping centre but on a quiet road and excellent private parking. Host was super helpful and responded to my questions quickly. The block of flats was also nice and quiet and it felt safe walking back late from the tube.
What could be improved: It would have been nice to have a toaster in the kitchen and the shower screen leaked a bit.

The location was excellent, very near town and tube stations. It was quiet.
What could be improved: No toaster or bottle opener. Pour choice of glasses. No spare toilet paper. The oven / grill wasn't clean.

The location was exactly what we were looking for - very close to the Harrow Town Centre. Harrow-on-the-Hill station and St. Anns Shopping Centre were a short walk away. The apartment was comfortable. Eunice was very helpful and responsive , and I would like to thank her for all her assistance.
What could be improved: It would be good to have a bit more cutlery and plates / bowls in the kitchen. I would recommend installing a dish washer too

"I'd definitely stay again! Clean, spacious and good location"
Great location if you want to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to be able to hop on a tube. Quiet location away from the main road but plenty going on nearby to eat out / shop. There's a garden area you can relax in and free off road parking. It was easy to check in / out (lockbox) and great communication with the host. Everything you would need whilst there for the kitchen to cook and eat (pots, pans, cutlery, washing up liquid etc). The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. There's a smart TV with a good internet connection and a nice clean bathroom with a bath.
What could be improved: One of the bathroom taps was a little loose (easily fixed) and it's probably time for a new sofa or at least some new cushioning as they weren't the most comfortable (but these 2 things did not ruin my stay)

What could be improved: The rooms were in need of a refresh. There were toe nail clippings on one of the bedroom carpets. I bought bleach to clean the kitchen sink and bathroom. The shower leaked.
