What could be improved: The black mould in the bathroom was a serious concern. It would have been helpful to have some paper towels and oven gloves.

"A fabulous apartment in a great location."
The layout of the property was great. Very pleasant kitchen lounge diner. Good quality, comfortable beds, furniture, and artwork. Great location for Clapham common on a beautiful residential street of period properties.
What could be improved: The back bedroom window had been set to a lock position whilst open, so we weren't able to lock it. Fortunately, it is secure at the back, so not a great risk. It would have been useful to have a parasol for the sunny yard. Someone picking up the junk mail from the communal hallway, which is on the floor in the entrance way, would improve the overall feel as you enter. There's no water jug for the table. Instructions of how to open the Velux windows. There's a pole, but we didn't dare use it, as one of the blinds appeared to be broken, and we were nervous about making this worse. These are small things, otherwise a great flat in a fabulous location.

What could be improved: My only complain was the fact that the water supply to bathe, was not hot, but warm in patches at best. But, everything else on offer covered up for this single blemish.
