"Good"
Apartment is spacious and bright. Everything is working properly - nothing broken. Apartment is well stocked with cleaning utensils (tablets for dishwasher etc...)
What could be improved: Apartment was not cleaned properly - lots of long black hair on the floor. There are no wardrobe closets in the apartment - so we were living out of our suitcases (it is also true that we could have noticed this from the photos). There could have been a few smaller pots in the kitchen (only two huge pots).

"Lovely house decent size for big groups, location was good!"
Able to collect at key box.
What could be improved: When we arrived at check in, keys weren’t available, called the hosts and they said the cleaner may still be inside, waited for 20minutes with no call back. Had to call them again to find out what’s happened and didn’t get our keys until almost 20mins after check in time faster letting the hosts know we would arrive at 2:30, which then made us late for our reservation booked elsewhere.

"Good for 2 nights and what we needed"
That there was a lift and wheelchair access, enough sofa space for 6, comfy beds with duvets, no where for luggage in the bedroom off the living room.
What could be improved: Small towels, missing light bulbs, only one bedside lamp per bedroom, dishes in the cupboard when we went to use in the evening were wet and still dirty, fridge had no side drawers to store milk etc

"Bad"
The location was good and easy to get too.
What could be improved: On the surface it looked clean but there was clearly some type of infestation as all 3 of us were covered in bug bites of some sort. It was also difficult for the wheelchair user as there was too many rugs and we had to move about 5 to make it accessible. I understand this is to make the property look nicer but the owner was aware we had a wheelchair user staying so these could have been moved.
They were also quite rude when we left. I admit we were 10 minutes late past check out but I communicated this with them as we were a group of disabled people and ran a little over. I was basically bombarded with messages asking when we were leaving, the check out has passed etc.

"Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per la città di Londra"
è un appartamento grande e relativamente nuovo, in zona tranquilla e servita da 3 autobus con fermata sotto casa; il "centro" di Londra si raggiunge in 30/40 minuti con la combinazione di vari mezzi (bus/metro/dlr)
La cucina anche se piccola è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici e utile se si vuole cucinare alcuni pasti in casa.
What could be improved: Manca la manutenzione ordinaria di base e molte cose risultano rotte o danneggiate (ad esempio in un bagno mancava il copri wc, il terrazzino completamente abbandonato con erbacce e cose rotte accumulate, i muri macchiati e rovinati....basterebbe poco per sistemare le cose tra un check-in e l'altro...)
L'appartamento viene affittato per 8 ma ci sono solo 6 sedie! lo consiglio per 8 persone solo se le due persone che dormono nel divano letto sono bambini o ragazzi.
