Overview

First Impressions

Earls Court Residences sits on a busy stretch of Earls Court Road, and honestly, the exterior doesn’t scream luxury — but that’s sort of the point. This four-star property feels more like discovering a well-kept secret than checking into a flashy hotel. The building has that classic London townhouse charm, and once you step inside, you realize you’ve found something genuinely useful for longer stays in London.

The Space That Actually Works

What sets this place apart is the apartment-style setup — each unit comes with a proper kitchen that’s actually functional, not just a mini-fridge with delusions of grandeur. I mean, you can cook real meals here, which is a game-changer when you’re staying more than a few nights. The living areas feel spacious enough that you’re not constantly bumping into your travel companion, and there’s decent natural light streaming through the windows.

Location Reality Check

Earls Court gets a bad rap sometimes, but you know what? It’s brilliantly positioned if you actually want to experience London like a local. You’ve got the District and Piccadilly lines right at Earls Court station — literally a two-minute walk — which means you can reach South Kensington’s museums in one stop or zip into central London without the tourist-trap pricing of staying in Covent Garden. The neighborhood has that slightly gritty, authentic London feel that’s becoming harder to find.

What Your Money Gets You

The room quality varies a bit depending on which unit you land, but most are well-maintained with comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. Don’t expect cutting-edge design — this isn’t that kind of place. What you do get is space, functionality, and staff who seem to actually care about solving problems rather than just smiling politely. There’s no on-site restaurant, but with that kitchen and dozens of local options within walking distance, you probably won’t miss it.

Why Guests Love It

The real appeal here is freedom — you can live a bit like a Londoner rather than feeling trapped in hotel-land. Parking is available if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car from this location. The staff understands that people stay here for weeks or even months, so they’re helpful with practical stuff like local recommendations and sorting out any issues that come up. It’s not the fanciest option in London, but for the price point and the space you get, Earls Court Residences delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense.

"Great, but be warned of stairs!"
Everything you need in a small package. View is not of anything amazing but it is nice to see the sky and the neighborhood roof Tops.
What could be improved: Narrow staircase, three flights, no lift.

"Would return"
The location to Tube station Earls court which has two lines, easy to get to or from Heathrow airport.. The kitchen was well equipped was a plus and the ability to use a laundry. Good size room and bathroom. 2 super markets just minutes away.
What could be improved: Some people may have issue with the stairs, and luggage. We had no issue.

"Lovely, clean and functional walk-up apartment in the heart of Earl’s Court."
The property is really well located at the heart of Earl’s Court. And the suite was clean and really well appointed with a fully functional kitchenette, including stove, fridge, microwave and oven. Check in is all remotely done with PIN codes but the staff were available via WhatsApp and responded quickly.
What could be improved: The entrance is narrow, and apartments are upstairs meaning if you have a big suitcase it may be hard to get that to the room. Also having laundry available is great but some tenants just leave their stuff in the machine which is a bit inconsiderate.

"Fantastic and i would book again"
The location was amazing and it was sizeable. The space could comfortably fit two people too.
What could be improved: It was on the 4th floor and the stairwell was really narrow. It wasn’t the biggest problem but its worth noting if you have huge suitcases or travel with small kids

"Fabulous location. Modern comfortable room with handy kitchen"
Check in was all electronic and easy. They were very kind to allow me to drop my bag off early. Room was very bright, clean and modern. Was so good having the aircon. Loved having access to a small kitchen which was well stocked for cooking. A few coffee pods would have been helpful on arrival. Location was excellent - lots of shops, restaurants, pubs etc. a few minutes to the underground and direct train to Heathrow.
What could be improved: Having a small kitchen was excellent. However there was no kitchen sink plug or tea towels to do dishes daily. I had 9 nights and a few cleaning cloths would have been appreciated ( as well as a kitchen sink plug). There was no cleaning during this time. Communication was a little haphazard. They were not always responsive immediately but tried to meet my needs. My room was street view and very noisy.

"Very good"
the studio apartment was just like in the pictures, very modern and clean overall, everything was new and the bed was so so comfortable. there's no keys, everything is with a code so you're never afraid to loose anything. the location is really really good, 2/3 minutes walk from the tube station and the area is really nice.
What could be improved: there weren't many towels. mind that the staircase is pretty narrow so it's a bit of a struggle if you have a big luggage (no elevator), but it's manageable.

"Good"
Comfortable bed, full kitchen, wardrobes.
What could be improved: The towels weren't dried properly before I arrived and had a bad smell. And the air conditioning unit is directly above the bed so you can't really use it at night.
