"Attentive host & clean duplex but could do with a revamp"
The location and size of the property
What could be improved: The property could do with a full paint and electrical fittings renewed. The halway had a hole in the plaster board. The light fitting in the hall hanging off. The main bedroom didn’t have a dial on the light fitting. The en-suite shower sprays in multiple directions

"We had an easy, comfortable stay and I would book this apartment again."
Great location, the large en-ensuite bedroom was lovely and we were very impressed with the kitchen/diner/lounge.
What could be improved: The key collection system is not great, the lock box should be at eye level. Also having to enter the property (on the 3rd floor) via the lift which was very old and was not a smooth ride up or down and the lift doors jolted open quite fiercely - not for the faint-hearted!

I booked this accommodation for my disabled brother and his carers, he has a fear of hotel fire alarms so we always need to find suitable private apartments. I've heard nothing but praise, the location was perfect for them, the accommodation was very comfortable. Their manager also contacted me to say the staff had been saying how lovely the place was. Hoping to book again for the sametime next year.
