"Great location, friendly and helpful host."
Excellent location & great communication from the host. We were greeted in person by Mario, who was lovely. It's very handy the Tube and local amenities.

The transportation is convenient, and there is a convenience store nearby. The old gentleman who opened the door is very kind.
What could be improved: 1. You need to pay a deposit and pay in cash when you check in. Although it has been refunded, there are some problems when the refund is made, which delays a lot of time.Because the deposit refund is transferred to your bank card. 2. The owner of the room communicates online throughout the whole process, and the room is not easy to find, between a row of similar rooms.

La localización. La comunicación sencilla y correcta. Tiene todo lo necesario aunque echamos de menos secador de pelo.
What could be improved: Necesitarás tapones para los oídos ya que el tren pasa justo por al lado y si tienes sueño ligero puede molestar pero por la noche aunque no pasa con mucha frecuencia.

Celkem dobrá lokalita s blízkostí obchodu s potravinami a 700 m k metru. Velká a vybavená kuchyňská linka a lednička.
What could be improved: Pokoj je v přízemí v jedné úrovni s chodníkem, který vede přímo vedle budovy a tak je nutné mít stále zatažené závěsy a není prakticky možné ani mít otevřená okna. S tím se v podstatě počítá. Z druhé strany domu vede frekventovaná nékolikakolejná železniční trať vzdálená jen několik metrů. Naštěstí nám toto zas tolik nevadí. Na pokoji je jen jedna židle a žádný stůl. Majiteli jsme nahlásili čas příjezdu a ještě poslali e- mail s dotazem jak se dostaneme do bytu. Sice na vše rychle reagoval ale stejně jsme podle adresy nemohli najít ani správný vchod do domu. Až po opětovném telefonátu nás navigoval k neoznačenému domu a číslu zvonku 26 a přišel nám otevřít starší ochotný pán který se o toto ubytování stará a předal nám klíče.

A parte la posizione abbastanza buona, 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro Swiss Cottage e il bus 31, comodo per raggiungere Notting Hill da una direzione e Camden dall'altra, nient'altro è degno di essere menzionato se non in negativo.
What could be improved: L'appartamento, collocato al piano terra, è estremamente piccolo e scomodo per 4 persone ma anche per 2 persone presenta molte criticità. Prima di tutto la pulizia, Il bagno è davvero fatiscente, lasciato sporco, probabilmente, dagli ospiti precedenti, sia il water che la vasca da bagno. Un tappetino per la doccia che non si sa da quanto tempo non veniva lavato! Nella camera principale c'è un divano letto vecchio, impolverato e costellato da innumerevoli macchie non identificabili e un angolo cottura anch'esso abbastanza sporco e unto in più parti. Abbiamo dovuto pulire e disinfettare tutto. Non c'è nemmeno un tavolo ed una sola sedia che però abbiamo dovuto utilizzare per poggiare uno dei bagagli. L'altra stanza, una minuscola camera da letto, ha una cassettiera e un armadio non perfettamente funzionanti e contenenti biancheria che non è stato possibile utilizzare in quanto anch'essa impolverata e sporca. Abbiamo dovuto comprare lenzuola e federe. A disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona. Le 4 finestre, 2 sulla strada e 2 sul retro -impossibili da aprire perché collocate dietro mobili oppure sulla ferrovia. A peggiorare la situazione la presenza di 2 enormi frigoriferi, di cui uno rotto che doveva essere portato via (così ha riferito l'host) ma di fatto occupava molto dello spazio già insufficiente. Sparsi per l'appartamento, e in vista, secchi, stracci, scope e scopettoni che aumentano il senso di trasandatezza e disordine.
