"The landlords were very helpfull and understanding. They will do everything to let you have a nice stay."
Location is perfect. In between railway and underground. Car parking is a plus. Everything is there for a long stay, also a washing machine. A dishwasher instead and a coffee machine would be helpful.
What could be improved: Accommodation could use a refresh. Photos are perfect, reality is that is has been used a lot. A lot is worn. (Bathroom sinks, toilet is not working properly) There is a TV in the master bedroom, if you like watching it laying on your right side.

What could be improved: Location and outside a bit rough grungy broken pavement and slabs on the steps Backyard overgrown with weeds Issue with toilet not flush at first (but a plumber came quickly and fixed the problem) Inside not exactly as pics portray. The check-in was rough. My family were at the property waiting for the access code, required to pay a £300 deposit prior to receiving the access code/check in details and making the payment wasn’t an easy process (we successfully used an alternate method) I screenshot proof of payment to the host but they held out on the access code until after we arrived which made us worry we had been scammed.

I Made a last minute booking for this property. The property was really clean and tidy with few mins walk to the station. The host is really nice. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting London. Would definitely come back

Once in the apartment pleasantly pleased, but the effort to get into the accommodation I.e. having to sort with a security bond that should have just be retained not taken out of the bank account. Also no directions where to switch on heating so therefore NO heating and NO hot water for the time spent.

"Disappointing rundown property"
What could be improved: The pictures don’t reflect the state of the property. It is rundown, from the steps leading into the condo, the ballasts felt like they were going to give at any time and areas of the upstairs floor felt the same way. The first night the heater was not working, which meant we were freezing cold and so was the water. A quick reference card with directions on how to re pressurize the boiler would have been great. The dishes were not clean, they had syrup-like substance having them stuck to each other. The sponge and brush that were left in the kitchen were moldy. For the number of rules that were stipulated, we expected a well kept property given the price of the rental.
