Good location and price. Convenient for Paddington. Little Venice very attractive with good pubs. Very good communication with hosts and rapid cheerful and effective responses when required.
What could be improved: Sofa was a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect location for what we needed - near Paddington Station
What could be improved: The house needs some work, tiles hanging off in bathroom, stains on floors and flooring held down with tape Hate leaving bad reviews, but have to be honest and say it needs some TLC.

"Very good"
Excellent location just off the Maida Vale canal, very nice to walk around. Great to have a parking spot for out rented car. The apartment is really pleasant and was clean, some basics like tea coffee and sugar were already there and there is a grocery store 200 meters from the apartment. Definitely recommended for a family trip to London.
What could be improved: Beds arent amazingly comfortable.

"Good value for money, ggreat to have parking in London - it was good (but could be great with a few upgrades to furnitur"
We loved the location, easy walk to Paddington station, shops and buses. The parking was a massive bonus, water pressure was great for showers, oven/hob/microwave etc good quality and plenty of crockery/cutlery etc - and nice to have teabags, plenty of cleaning products - reflecting on what we paid I’d say it was pretty good value for money.
What could be improved: The portal wasn’t working / it had tech problems apparently and the online check in process was unnecessarily stressful, the team were insistent it was the only way to get the lockbox code - eventually they emailed it to me but given we were 15 hours away from arrival this felt sensible. We got there in the end! The parking was great and we booked ahead as requested. What wasn’t made clear was that they’d let multiple guests park there but it’s only wide enough for 1 vehicle. So you’re either blocking people in or could get blocked in. We ended up being late for important plans because this wasn’t handled well in advance by our host and we’re worried about blocking in a car that was in ‘our space’. Other cars blocked us in after arriving but we sorted our access direct with the other guests. All seemed badly communicated from our host to be honest. The sofa bed is broken and should be replaced. It’s massively uncomfortable to sit on and visibly broken - given it’s the only sofa in the house this isn’t ideal. The bigger beds are small doubles, personally I think they’re too small for a couple/comfy stay. The mattresses, pillows and bedding in the basement apartment really need replacing, they’re not very comfy and the basement area is a bit tired.
