"Very good"
Capital Stay is an exceptionally well-organized host. Communication via WhatsApp was proactive and helpful, their office was easy to find, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment’s location is excellent, especially if you need to stay close to ExCeL.
What could be improved: The overall quality of the apartment was below the standard I’m used to in major continental European cities. Some minor issues included window blinds not working properly, curtains being a worn / partially broken, and the heating wasn't turned on (were cold nights). These were manageable, but as a frequent traveler, my expectations are generally higher.

Service level of the staff was very good. Helpful and responsive to needs and also kept in touch via WhatsApp to make sure everything was according to client's satisfaction.
