Overview
First Impressions
Cozy Vibes Minimalist Studio Stay is exactly what it says on the tin — a three-star studio that nails the whole minimalist aesthetic without feeling cold or empty. When I first walked in, I was struck by how they’ve managed to pack everything you need into a compact space while keeping it feeling airy and uncluttered. It’s tucked away on Sonia Gardens in Brent, which honestly isn’t the most glamorous part of London, but that’s sort of the point — you’re getting great value without the touristy markup.
The Space That Works
The room layout is genuinely clever. Everything has its place, from the fold-down desk that doubles as a dining table to the storage solutions built right into the walls. The kitchenette is small but functional — I mean, you’re not going to host dinner parties, but you can definitely handle breakfast and simple meals without any issues. The whole place feels thoughtfully designed rather than just crammed with furniture, which makes a real difference when you’re staying for more than a night or two.
Location Reality Check
Brent gets a bad rap sometimes, but I actually found it refreshingly real after being in central London’s tourist bubble. You’ve got proper local pubs within walking distance, a decent Tesco for groceries, and the Tube connections aren’t terrible — about 25 minutes to get into central areas. The neighborhood feels lived-in rather than polished, which I found oddly comforting. Plus, there’s parking available on the street, which is practically a miracle in London.
The Details That Matter
What impressed me most were the small touches that show someone actually thought about what travelers need. The WiFi is solid (worked great for video calls), the shower has proper water pressure, and the blackout curtains actually block out light. The bed’s comfortable enough, though nothing fancy — but honestly, for a studio stay, that’s perfectly fine. They’ve managed to include all the essentials without any of that cramped, budget-hotel feeling you sometimes get.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to be your Instagram-worthy London experience, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The 7.7 rating feels about right — it’s good, solid accommodation that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. If you want to experience London like a temporary local rather than a tourist, and you don’t mind being a bit outside the center, this place actually makes a lot of sense. The value is there, the space works, and you’ll probably find yourself appreciating the honest, no-nonsense approach.

"Absolutely excellent, I would definitely stay here again."
The location was perfect! A short walk to the train station with a bus stop at the end of the road. Only one train stop away from Wembley Stadium as well making it perfect for gigs and football. The accomodation was small but really well thought out. It had everything you needed from accomodation. Perfect for solo travelling or with another person.
What could be improved: Not a lot really but if I were to "nitpick", there was a slight smell of damp initially when we arrived but that subsided over time. There was also unwashed cutlery and mugs, easily fixed by washing them myself with facilities provided.

"Convenient and Safe space. I enjoyed my stay."
The proximity, location is close to train and bus station which makes travel to central London very convenient. And every amenity needed was provided.
What could be improved: Bathroom was small but manageable

"Great stay for Wembley trip."
Great location and set in a very safe private place. Communications by the host were good.
What could be improved: I was disappointed that when we booked there were hidden damage waiver fees charged

"Very good"
Conveniently equipped one bedroom apartment, it has all that you need for short stay.
What could be improved: If there is couple staying, then the bed might be not that comfy - one side is clearly sat on and gives you down hill feeling. But for one person the bed will be fine.

"Perfect little apartment for solo travellers"
It's a lovely little apartment that's perfect for a solo traveller. It's only 10 minutes walk from Neasden tube station, which offers Jubilee line services, offering an easy access to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, it had everything what I needed. There's an electric heater that heats up the place very quickly, so it's also cosy on a cold day.
What could be improved: The price that you see isn't the final one. There's either a deposit to pay at £250 or you can choose a waiver of £25. I opted for a waiver. I have no problems with it, the waiver is totally fine, but it would be good to know about these extras before booking. I didn't know about it being an acceptable practice (asking for an extra deposit), so when Olivia, the property owner messaged me, that before sharing property access details, I need to pay the deposit and shared a link, which has been automatically removed by Bookingdotcom platform, I became very suspicious, especially that the platform automatically displayed a warning not to click on any external links. I phoned Bookingdotcom support and they advised not to worry.
To cut the long story short, it all did work out in the end, I paid the waiver.
As I said, I was ok to do it, however it would be better to include that information in the listing description, to avoid people complaining and getting bad reviews, because of this, especially that the place is really lovely.

"Average"
The property was clean. However, the location of the property was weird. There are no signs outside. At night I had to struggle for more than half an hour to search for it. There was this one kind lady who helped me in asking people to find the exact location.
What could be improved: I would say mainly the location. Also because it’s on the ground floor, I didn’t feel it was super safe.
Also there was no one to help you. It’s mostly self check in. However, the owner could have left better instructions.

"Would never stay here again."
Small, well-kitted out and close to my family.
What could be improved: I had no heating for 6 days (from Saturday when I arrived until Thursday when I was provided with a radiator). The bed mattress was uneven, uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Access to the building was by a large number of bins from the multiple occupancy main house. They were over spilling, laying haphazardly, nappies on the ground, broken glass, litter and an old mattress. Getting support was time consuming and slow. Twice I was told there would be a refund but nothing was offered. No further contact.
