"Very good"
My partner and I had an amazing stay! The double room with an ensuite was super comfortable and cosy, and the heating worked perfectly — which was such a relief considering the weather. The host was incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We genuinely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back!

"Would definitely stay again"
40/50min walk to excel - easy to get to and back from. Clean and basic. Very comfortable bed. Minimal fuss checking in and out.
What could be improved: Late night road works on first night of stay - obviously through no fault of the accommodation.

"Short stay near the Excel London."
The location is convenient if you have business around the area, like the ExCel, or similar needs. The room has a comfortable bed, a fridge, a wardrobe and there is bottled water available. There is an en-suite bathroom which is very conventient but could benefit from few updates. My booking did not include breakfast. The host was very helpful and accomodating.
What could be improved: I have no major complaints, everything was smooth.

Very clean and comfortable with provided toiletries and bottled water/tea and coffee making facilities. Host very helpful and information and communication pre stay excellent. "Property isn’t ideal for attending events in Excel, needs maintenance and cleaning"
It was a private room with a large bathroom. There was an additional water bottle in the room for arrival. It is relatively affordable for London but far away from everything.
What could be improved: The house and the room needs a good amount of maintenance and in-depth cleaning. There were previously tenants shampoo left in the bathroom. The garden was filled with all kind of stuff not making it a nice view. The vent in the bathroom and the mini fridge were so loud I had to turn them off when I has in the room. I didn’t use the common kitchen but it needs a in-depth cleaning. I booked this property because it said it was close to Excel London - it is not really, the bus takes 20-30 minutes to Excel.
