The property had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The check- in instructions were easy and staff were easily contactable by phone if we had any questions/queries. There are many shops/ restaurants/ bars close by within walking distance. The apartment was so spacious and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. Would highly recommend.

Relatively newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space. It has potential if only it was clean and communication was better.
What could be improved: The floors were dirty, in particular there was make up powder from previous guests all over the bedroom floor. Some of the bins, in particular in the bathroom, were filthy. Communication was difficult with no response to various questions. I had asked for the sofa bed to be prepared as we had booked for 3 guests. This was not done arrival and on request only a bag of sheets was dumped in the hallway. The sofa was old and stained. It was expensive for what we got.

Spacious, good location
What could be improved: Not clean, we found a lot of hair on bed and in bath tub. The soup dispenser was broken and left in bath tub when we arrived and no toiletry was supplied. No lift, we have to bring our luggage up and down three floors during check in and check out.
