First Impressions
Honestly, 3 Cosy Homes Walking Distance to Mall with Parking Available to Book Separately 3 Bed House Or 1 Bed Apartment Or Studio has quite possibly the longest name I’ve ever encountered for accommodation — but don’t let that put you off. This three-star property on Brent Park Road offers exactly what it promises: flexible housing options in Golders Green that actually work for different group sizes. I mean, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a whole crew, they’ve got you sorted with studio, one-bedroom, or three-bedroom setups.
Location & Getting Around
Golders Green is one of those north London neighborhoods that feels surprisingly well-connected without being touristy. You’re genuinely walking distance to Brent Cross Shopping Centre — and I’m talking a proper walk, not some marketing stretch of the term. The tube station is pretty accessible too, which means central London isn’t this massive trek that eats up your whole day. What I really appreciated was how residential the area feels; you get a sense of actual London life rather than just the tourist bubble.
The Accommodations
The flexibility here is honestly the main draw — you can book anything from a compact studio to a full three-bedroom house depending on your needs. Each apartment comes with its own kitchen setup, which is brilliant if you want to grab groceries and actually cook rather than eating out every meal. The spaces feel lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, though that means you’re getting more of a residential vibe than polished hotel service.
Practical Considerations
Now, parking is available but you need to book it separately — something to factor into your budget if you’re driving. The whole setup runs more like serviced apartments than a traditional hotel, so don’t expect daily housekeeping or a front desk. You sort of manage things yourself, which works great if you prefer that independence but might feel a bit hands-off if you’re used to full hotel service.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about this place is the honest practicality of it all. You’re not paying for fancy amenities you won’t use — instead, you get proper space, kitchen facilities, and a genuine London neighborhood experience. The three-bedroom option is particularly solid for families or groups who want to stick together rather than booking multiple hotel rooms. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with designer touches, but it delivers on the basics really well, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re exploring London.

"Alright"
The space, the aesthetic
What could be improved: There was no hot water. Luckily my partner is a plumber and found that there was lose wiring in the boiler so sorted it.

"Great location but not good value for money. Feel like it needs a freshen up and a homely feel to it."
It was only a 20 drive to Wembley, it was a great location and it was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy ways of London.
What could be improved: It felt as it the property was unfinished. We paid £122 and too be honest I felt it was disappointing for that amount of money. There were a lot of snags to the property and that was a shame considering the price tag. Pictures feel misleading but it could easily be fixed!

"Pleasant"
Cosy enough and garden.
What could be improved: Couldn't get WiFi and because of no Internet connection I couldn't watch TV, was given WiFi details but didn't work and not very good location, nothing nearby.

"Studio OK if you accept that it's at the bottom of someone's garden and a ways from anywhere."
The actual studio was OK. Clean, comfortable and warm.
What could be improved: I specifically booked what was described as a one-bed apartment, which was shown as distinct and separate from a studio apartment. There seemed to be some confusion about this. I also specifically chose wifi as a requirement, but not available when I arrived. I wrote several times to the host but no response, so made do without. Finally, location needs either a car or a willingness to spend on taxis as walking to the nearest station involves a trip along the North Circular.

"It was okay for a night but would recommend"
I liked the fact the room was clean and tidy on arrival.
What could be improved: Hot water doesn’t stay hot in the shower for long become cold water after 5minutes of being hot . Was only given 1 towel for a room that was booked for two , studio faces the back of a family home doesn’t give a feel of privacy at all.

"All in all okay"
- good location near a mall, but 20 min walking to underground
- enough space
- new kitchen
- everything was clean
- good communication to the owner
- good house for groups
What could be improved: - kitchen equipment very poor (eg: only one cup for five persons, no cutting board)
- only 4 chairs at the kitchen for 5/6 persons
- indescribable noise at night. It sounded like a disabled neighbor child or drunk people on the street. It always started at 11:00 p.m. and ended around 2:00 a.m.
- strange smell especially on the lower floor
- if you took a closer look, you saw that some things were rather botched. For example, there were no joints in the living room or painted stains on the walls. The sofa in the kitchen was very worn and was only embellished with a cover.
- in the bed in the bedroom downstairs are two different mattresses with different heights (a mattress was very saggy).
- No hooks in the bathroom

"Renovations and loud neighbors, inconveniently located far from everything"
The price was better than some of the other properties I looked at, probably because of how far it was from most of the attractions in London. The furnishings and decor were modern and the apartment was clean overall.
What could be improved: There was a separate deposit we had to wire before getting the keys, which was inconvenient. They waited until the last minute to give us the code to the lock box. The apartment was far from downtown and not as close to public transit spots as I thought it would be. The entire place was clearly undergoing renovations. There was scaffolding around the outside, dumpsters and debris we had to walk around, and unfinished features in the apartment. The toilet flush button and seat were unsecured, and there were not basic things like hand soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, or extra toilet paper. Plugs and appliances were oddly located, and we couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. There was continual talking, yelling and other noise from neighbors, and the walls were thin. One of the pipes burst under the bath tub and the manager didn't know where the shutoff valve was. I found it myself and stopped water from pouring through the walls and ceiling, and I cleaned up most of the mess. Despite my efforts to mitigate the damage, and despite the inconvenience of being without water for an entire day, the property manager's assurance that I would be compensated for both was untrue. The only compensation I received came directly from Booking due to my complaint. I wouldn't rate the place as awful, but it wasn't very good. Hopefully they can finish renovations soon and turn this into a decent place to stay.

"Passable"
Neighbourood is really quiet.
The host is proactive and available for any question.
What could be improved: Many hygiene products were missing, toilet was loose and not very stable.
The closest undergound station is more than 20 minutes walking.

What could be improved: There are no curtains in the bedrooms we could not sleep well because of the light.
