Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to 360 Cosy Home Greenwich on Trafalgar Road, you’ll find yourself in one of those charming Georgian terraces that make this part of London feel genuinely residential. It’s a three-star spot that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — instead, it leans into that “home away from home” vibe that actually works. The entrance is understated, which I appreciate because you’re not dealing with any pretentious hotel lobby nonsense.
The Space
The apartment setup here is what really sets it apart from your typical hotel experience. You get a proper living area that feels lived-in rather than sterile, and honestly, after a long day exploring Greenwich, having somewhere to actually spread out makes all the difference. The kitchen is compact but functional — perfect for making morning coffee or storing those Greenwich Market treats you inevitably buy too many of. The room itself strikes that sweet spot between cozy and spacious, with decent storage and windows that let in good natural light.
Location Perks
Here’s what locals know — Trafalgar Road puts you right in the thick of things without the tourist chaos. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Cutty Sark and the National Maritime Museum, but more importantly, you’re close to some genuine neighborhood spots. The fan museum is around the corner (quirky but worth it), and you can walk to Greenwich Park through the back streets, which feels much more authentic than the main tourist route.
Getting Around
The DLR connection at Cutty Sark station is your friend — it’ll get you to Canary Wharf in about ten minutes or central London in roughly twenty. What I really like is that you can walk to the Thames Clipper pier, and taking the boat into central London beats the tube every time, especially on a decent day. There’s street parking available, though it’s London, so you know what that means — but the transport links are solid enough that you probably won’t need a car anyway.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.2 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand. It’s that rare place that manages to feel both independent and professional — you get the personal touches of a boutique spot without any of the amateur hour problems. The value proposition is strong too, especially considering you’re getting apartment-style space in one of London’s most historic neighborhoods. Plus, Greenwich has this village-within-the-city thing going on, which means you can grab dinner at a proper local pub rather than some overpriced tourist trap.
To book a hotel in London during opera season, visitors plan ahead to balance Royal Opera House nights with quiet Regent’s Canal strolls.

"Great place to stay for a weekend in Greenwich"
Great place to stay if you are visiting Greenwich. We were here for a wedding and it was less than a 15 mins walk to the venue next to the market. Also well placed for Thames Path parkrun if that is your thing!
The apartment was incredibly clean and had a small amount of tea and coffee with a Tassimo machine. In-person check in was smooth.
What could be improved: You can hear the upstairs neighbours walking around, it didn't really bother us but something to bear in mind if it would bother you. The lighting also flickered in the living area.
The bed is pushed up against a radiator so one person has to climb in over the top of the bed, again not really an issue for us but maybe for someone less nimble!

"Very good"
The flat was in perfect condition and location for what we needed. The flat was very clean beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that in the description it says there's free parking which there isn't!!!!
What could be improved: It's advertised with free parking but when I messaged to ask about the free parking I was told there wasn't any!

"Nice bright very spacious flat."
It was a very well laid out flat and had everything we needed. Close to buses that will take you to the underground. Lots of plugs and easy access to Wi-Fi.
What could be improved: We were handed the key but had no explanation as to how to open the main door. We had never used a key fob before and I guess they figure everybody should just know.

"Superb"
Clean and comfortable. Everything was there we needed.
What could be improved: Transport was good but it was further away than we would like for our journey.
But that wasn't your problem.

"Nice little stay except for communication"
As the name suggest, it was a nice little cosy apartment for decent price with ease of transportation by bus inside Greenwich. If you don't drive , you'll have to take a bus and then a tube to go into London. It's easy to get around.
What could be improved: Delay in communication. No one was there to recieve or no code was provided for the lockbox.
We understand you might have been busy with something, but when we have to just check in and immediately go for some event, this is not a good look.
Toilet seat was broken. Handwash was empty.
Lots of cutlerys available in the kitchen, but most of them not cleaned properly, also the cups, Had to give it a good clean before using.
The owner did apologize for all the inconveniences though.

"Good stay"
Apartment had sufficient facilties and Tesco very local to obtain subsistence.
What could be improved: Too hot and not enough ventilation - although heat wave at the time. Should have fan available for these conditions. Had to sleep with balcony door open as too hot.

"Very good"
The location of this flat was convenient for the activities we were in London for. The cleanliness was spot on, and the balcony was great.
The speed of communication when I first booked the accommodation. The chocolates were a nice touch. We didn't come to London to stay in but this flat was perfect for our needs.
What could be improved: No faults with the accommodation.
The car parking, our host was very kind to advise that parking was available near by. We could only find permit holder parking. We paid for parking to be safe. We found this a few minutes up the road.

"Good"
Good space - good facilities - had linen and blankets and a big tv. Needs a few extra utensils like spatula. Hosts were accommodating, left tea coffee biscuits and an Easter egg :) good trip
What could be improved: There was on street parking but it needed a permit or 2 hours max stay, had to park the car elsewhere in a carpark which was expensive - just something to be aware about if bringing a car
