"Flat near excel"
The location is excellent, the bus stop is across the road from the flat and only 20 minutes walk to the train stations. The flat is large and there is enough bedding and kitchen equipment and utensils for everyone.
What could be improved: The stairs and hallways are unkempt and dirty and if there are 6 people there is only one 3 seater sofa.

What could be improved: Flat catered for 6 people, dining room table catered for 4 with no extra chairs/ stools in the place - unable for all guests to eat together. Only one 2 seater uncomfortable sofa available. Shower in bathroom poor as more water came out the bottom of the hose not out of the shower. Key lock box on arrival difficult to locate as 7 key lockers in different places to choose from and no email with key code received.
