"Decent overall, hygiene problems might be a one off."
It has everything you need for an overnight/short stay. Bus stop is literally outside of the house and the overground and underground and in a walkable distance.
What could be improved: The property wasn’t clean properly upon arrival. There was an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom which is not ventilated properly and we found a little piece of human(?) fecal matter under the shower mat with bunch of hair as well, so the cleaners didn’t even attempt to lift it when cleaning the tiny bathroom.
The shower isn’t ideal either, it switches between ice cold and boiling hot water on its own.

"Good"
The apt was very well refurbished...nice and warm...the bathroom nice bit very small..it should be changed the mattress
What could be improved: The position. They were road construction on course with no buses..the neighbourhood is poor...

"Good"
Cozy studio. Modern furnished. Bus stop is just outside the entry door. Underground/overground stations are about 10 minutes walk away. Well equipped kitchen.
What could be improved: Cleanliness should be at higher level. Floor is falling down in the corner under TV. Some minor issues, like "almost falling" painting. Bed is uncomfortable. Apartment is right beneath stairway so you basically hear everyone going up and down the stairs.

"Good but could be improved"
It's very quiet and clean. Convenient for transport. Kitchen and Shower are new, and very good.
What could be improved: The mattress was only acceptable because we turned it round and slept on top of the duvet.
The window doesn't have a lock.
If you are a tall or wide person, the bathroom would literally not be possible to use. It's too small for outsize person.

"Pleasant stay but trouble with shower and noise"
The apartment is well decorated and the location is very nice. It's walking distance to the underground and overground so easy access to central and other places in west london. It's also close to supermarkets and a pharmacy. The TV has apps like Netflix, Prime and YouTube which was great! The host is also very responsive
What could be improved: The temperature in the shower doesn't stay consistent even when adjusting the dial. It stayed scalding hot for the most part and the cold/lukewarm water only lasts for a few seconds before getting really hot again. Water pressure also wasn't very good but this might have been because other people in the unit were using the water/washing machine. It was difficult to shower comfortably :( also our room was on the ground floor and could hear all the noise from upstairs - hard to sleep with heavy footsteps and all the movement

"Great value and comfortable"
Nice little apartment with kitchen facilities to help save money if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. Great value as well and good communication from staff. Convenient 10 minute walk from Kensal Green train station.
What could be improved: Bathroom is small especially for tall people but definitely still usable. No tea towel or plug to do dishes.

"Bastante buena :)"
Era mono y estaba bastante limpio, la cocina y baño son pequeños pero tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. Leí muchos comentarios con respecto al agua pero la verdad a nosotros nos salió a temperatura perfecta se podía regular
Y que la parada del bus estaba cerca
What could be improved: Lo pequeño del baño lavarse los dientes cuando eres alto era un poco difícil, y la cama no era muy cómoda. Se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos en nuestra estancia solo tuvimos inconvenientes 1 i 2 días.

Piccola ma con tutti i servizi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cucina dotata di ogni comfort.
La stanza era molto pulita. A due passi dalla Bakerloo line.

"Bon apartament, condicions molt millorables."
Les fotos són reals (encara que molt ben fetes per què sembli més gran i nou). Hi ha prou d’espai per a dos persones. Estava net quan vam entrar. Els llençols oloràven bé (encara que tenien taques). Hi havia sabons al bany. La cuina està equipada per fer àpats senzills. Té prou llum. El metro està a 10min caminant. Està ben equipat. Té llum encara que no dona al carrer.
What could be improved: El pitjor de tot ha sigut que el passadís al que donava el nostre apartament (l’A), era literalment un traster; és un passadís de menys d’1m d’ample i ens el vam trobar amb bosses de plàstic plenes de tovalloles i llençols, i pots de pintura que molestaven molt al pas. Com que semblava que acabaven de pintar vam pensar que ho treurien, però no: va estar allà igual i pitjor tota la setmana. Totalment inacceptable. Per altra banda, l’apartament està en unes condicions que no són les millors. La part del terra sota la tele està enfonsat, hi ha tuberies a la vista, hi ha moho al bany. El matalàs és molt tou (de fet, sembla que fossin dos matalassos uno posat sobre l’altre, sent el de dalt una mena de futó molt tou i el de baix de molls) i els coixins molt baixos. Els llençols estaven nets i oloraven bé, però tenien taques (cosa que dona molta impressió sent que no són els teus llençols). Quan vam entrar per primer cop a l’apartament el llit estava molt mal fet: l’edredó feia bonys perquè estava mal posat dins la funda, els llençols es van quedar arrugat per sota del llit, el matalàs quedava aixecat pels peus pel bulto que feia l’edredó… Sembla una toteria, però no sembla que estiguis a un allotjament pel que estiguis pagant, sino com si un amic t’hagués fet el llit com hagués pogut.
