Overview
First Impressions
Chelsea Executive Cloisters 571 sits right in the heart of one of London’s most prestigious neighborhoods, and honestly, the location alone makes this four-star hotel worth considering. Walking up to the building, you’ll notice it’s part of the iconic Chelsea Cloisters complex — those distinctive red-brick buildings that locals instantly recognize. The entrance feels more like stepping into an upscale residential building than a typical hotel, which I actually found quite charming.
The Neighborhood Advantage
You know what’s great about staying here? You’re literally a five-minute walk from the King’s Road, where you can browse everything from vintage shops to high-end boutiques. I mean, having Sloane Square tube station so close means you can pop into central London whenever you want, but honestly, there’s so much to explore right in Chelsea itself. The nearby Saatchi Gallery is perfect for an afternoon wander, and if you’re into green spaces, the Royal Hospital Chelsea gardens are just around the corner.
The Living Space
The room I stayed in was more like a compact studio — think serviced apartment rather than traditional hotel setup. There’s a proper kitchenette with everything you need for simple meals, which comes in handy when you grab fresh ingredients from the Partridges food hall nearby. The space feels contemporary without being sterile, and the windows are surprisingly good at keeping the London street noise to a minimum (well, mostly).
Practical Perks
What I appreciated most was how this place actually functions for longer stays. There’s decent storage space, reliable wifi, and the building has that old-school London charm while still feeling properly maintained. The staff knows the area inside and out — they pointed me toward a brilliant little pub called The Admiral Codrington that I never would’ve found otherwise. Parking in Chelsea is notoriously tricky, but they can arrange something if you’re driving in.
Why Guests Love It
Here’s the thing about Chelsea Executive Cloisters 571 — it gives you that “living in London” experience rather than just visiting it. You’re not in some generic hotel bubble; you’re staying where Londoners actually want to live. The high rating of 8.9 makes sense when you consider you’re getting quality accommodation in one of the city’s most desirable postcodes without paying Claridge’s prices. It’s particularly brilliant if you’re planning to spend several days exploring this part of London, or if you simply want to feel like a temporary local rather than a tourist.
Locals suggest to book apartments in London around South Bank for riverside dining, market stops, and easy city crossings.

"Great stay, comfy bed, everything you could want was there. I booked it as I was going to a concert at Cadogan Hall."
Beautiful studio apartment, everything was there and spotlessly clean.
What could be improved: Only problem was windows aren’t double glazed, and barely got any sleep due to traffic and outside noise.

The room is bright, airy and cheerful. It is nicely decorated with lots of things of interest, books to read and ornaments, which make it more than just a place to sleep. It was a hot day, but the room has lovely windows which open fully, which made the room so much more comfortable. There is a great view, including St Paul's in the distance, and attractive buildings and shops to look down on ( from the 5th floor ) The facilities are excellent, lovely bathroom, well supplied with everything you need, comfortable bed, compact but very well considered and well stocked kitchen area with nice tableware. Attention to detail in everything and all the extras meant that it felt like a luxury and I really enjoyed spending time in, just enjoying the room and the view, even though the area is so interesting ! Very convenient for South Kensington tube, King's road and all that the area has to offer. The building is attractive, very well managed and everything was seamless. We met the owner briefly, as she was adding some finishing touches to the room when we arrived, she was very welcoming and friendly. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed it, would love to stay again.
What could be improved: There was nothing I didn't like.

"Very easy self-check-in. Room/facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean!"
Excellent communications, very easy self-check-in. Room and facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean! Personally, I would definitely stay here again.
What could be improved: If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you - single pane windows and despite very heavy curtains, still noisy. However, I wore ear-plugs and it wasn't too bad. Bed was squeaky, but mattress comfortable - so my suggestion is take ear plugs and you'll be sorted!

"Very good"
Stunning building with elegant charm and attention to detail.
The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of.
Surrounded by a great mix of boutiques, cafés, and shops—everything you need just around the corner.
Prime location within walking distance of Chelsea’s main attractions and vibrant spots.
Warm, welcoming team who made the whole experience feel personal and inviting.
What could be improved: Lift takes long and have to take into account 5 minutes to get to room.
Bathroom got a little warm.
