"We had a wonderful time with friends and family and would definitely recommend and return."
Good size double bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very nice shower. Garden with furniture was a lovely space to be able to use. Good location in nice area that felt safe. Host was very helpful and approachable and responded quickly to any enquiries.

"Exceptional"
Excellent facilities at the apartment. Was extremely clean and tidy. Apartment was only a short 6 minute walk away from nearest tube station and shops. Host was exceptionally helpful she met us at the property earlier than planned and allowed us a late check out to coincide with our travel plans. Could not have been more helpful.

What could be improved: The ad stated 2 bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 bathroom in the apartment. This was a big disappointment and inconvenience.

"Nice responsive owner but property needs work."
Good location in a nice neighbourhood. 2 subway stations within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket, etc nearby.
What could be improved: According to the owner due to booking.com’s system, her property was wrongly listed as 2 bathrooms when it was in fact only 1 bathroom with an additional toilet. As we were a large group of 6 persons attending a wedding, having only 1 bathroom was a nightmare for us rushing to get ready for the wedding in the morning. Also, due to a design defect, the shower door could not close all the way meaning the whole bathroom was wet after someone showers. Also the additional toilet was outside the house so not really practical to use especially at night. Some other minor maintenance issues also need to be addressed. However owner is very responsive to texts & even provided water in the fridge & large bowl of fruits.
