The location of the accommodation was very convenient — central enough and with easy access to the Underground, making it simple to reach central London. The size of the apartment was very comfortable, and the fact that it had two bathrooms fully met our needs as we were two families travelling together. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made our stay even more practical. In addition, when we had an issue, the assistance we received was immediate and effective.
What could be improved: Some lights had an electrical issue and were flickering on and off. The television in the living room was not working during our stay. A few of the window panes could not be closed fully, which allowed cold air to enter the flat. Lastly, access to the garden is not direct from the apartment — it is only possible through the main entrance of the building.
