"West London Stay"
- Great location, directly behind westfields London, near an underground station - Clean, with lots of extra clean sheets, pillows, and towels - Beautiful decor - spacious, quality appliances, modern, tastefully designed, and cosy. - Large rooms, comfy beds, beds in the middle of the room, which also makes it comfortable for two people staying in one room. Large dining table also. Great kitchen, too. - Secure building and easy communication with owners. They were friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: - Because there were 4 of us, a larger sofa, enough to seat us all would have been ideal. - I have a personal preference for walk-in showers that would have made it a 10 for me. But there was a good shower over a bathtub. - Carpet is a little old but was cleaned properly.

"Decent alternatives stays to hotel in London."
The house has quite a stunning view toward Westfield and the balcony is pretty nice, the living room decoration is lovely, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, I have meeting and need to work, the Wifi is speedy and stable
What could be improved: The elevator is out of order during our stay and it seems the management is not aware of it, we are a group of three with two 29 inches suitcase so it was quite demanding to lifted up the staircases.

"Clean apartment with a good location"
The apartment was very clean and very close to the underground. The management were very quick to reply when contacted and were very clear with their response.

"Ideal stay for a small family"
The location was ideal for shopping and accessing the city, thanks to its proximity to the tube station. The property was clean and spacious, which met our needs perfectly.
What could be improved: My rating would be 9.5 for the service and the cleanliness. I would have given it a 10 if it had one more toilet.

"Very good"
We were looking for a place to stay in London on really short notice as the other place we booked was cancelled on the day of arrival. So really thankful that we could drop off our luggage and having a place to stay. Short walking distance to Notting Hill centre and the Westfield shopping mall.
What could be improved: It was really close to a main road, so it was either really loud or really hot in the apartment.

"Great family stay in London"
Great place, prompt response on questions. Excellent location, few minutes from tube and westfield. Overall very nice apartment, which I can strongly recommend.
What could be improved: The toilet sometimes required a few flushes.

"Good and Comfortable stay"
The property was in good condition and comfortable to stay. It is as it appears in the pictures. Interior was good. Additional foldable mattresses proved useful.
What could be improved: Washroom- Upon using the washroom for the first time, we noticed that the bin was not cleared and cleaned. There were used toilet paper in the bin. Towel rail wasn’t heating. Kitchen- there was a large and thick coffee stain near the gas stove. Also number of utensils and cutlery was quite less. Heating system was not working. Despite repeated reminders the same could not be corrected.

"Warm apartment"
Very close to an underground tube station- Latimer Road which made getting around London so easy. Good size for a family of 4-5 adults/young adults, although 5th person slept on fold out mattress on the floor or air mattress,but after long days out seeing sites- it didn't matter. Very warm in winter - we didn't need to use the heating at all. Hosts were always very responsive and helpful at all times and allowed us early checkin after arriving early in the morning. Use of kitchen facilities and washing machine helped save money.
What could be improved: Situated in an industrial type area- near a major highway, (although we didn't hear it because it's winter and windows are double glazed). Kitchen could have a few more utensils such as bottle opener/ cheese grater/ oven dish or two.

"Very good"
The location was great, close to undereground station, the host replied fast.
What could be improved: I think the location of the property (they have multiple apartments) should be shared before checking in, as we were counting on the location stated in the booking. I got the location less than 24h before coming, after I asked, when will we get informations about check in. The futon mentioned in the booking is actually an air-mattress. Also the cups and chairs are only for 4 people.
