"Awesome and perfect!"
The hotel’s location is extremely convenient! It’s easy to reach major attractions either on foot or by bus. Most importantly, the room is very comfortable — it truly feels like home! I’m very grateful for this place; it gave me a warm and cozy shelter in the cold weather. The facilities are excellent as well, including the washing machine, induction stove, and more. I’m also very thankful for all the staff here. Thank you so much!

"Good location, friendly staff, a perfect place to set up a home away from home during your time in London"
Conveniently located for an easy walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Eye, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and several Underground stations. Very helpful concierge and comfortable quarters.
What could be improved: The room was a little over warm. Not a dealbreaker, just a personal preference. It states you can’t have the heat and a/c units on at the same time, but we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down. If you like sleeping in cooler environments it might be worth inquiring at check-in

The apartment was very clean, light and airy. It's well located with access to buses and metro. The concierge is friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: The dryer function on the washer dryer didn't work. Fortunately, there's plenty of space to hang up the damn clothes.

"Lovely apartment block and Joseph the concierge really friendly,"
The property is really central to what we wanted and had all the features we wanted as we had previously stayed in the property before.
What could be improved: The smaller of the 2 bed apartment wasn’t very easy to get around the bed as the wardrobe was in the way , which also meant the wardrobe door wouldn’t open properly .I also enquired before we arrived as to what coffee machine was in the apartment so I could bring pods as lad last time we didn’t get many ,I was told Nespresso virtuoso so I bought 30 pods to find out it was actually dolce gusto and they wouldn’t fit which was a waste of money and we had to buy more pods when we arrived ,I did message the property again but never heard back ,bit disappointed.

"Great choice for the family or a company of friends. If you are looking for the central location with the spacious place"
We liked everything- the central location, cleanness of the apartment and how it was prepared for the guests (we were provided with the coffee pods for the coffee machine, tablets for the dishwasher etc.). The rooms and bathroom was also clean, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent choice for a family with 2 teenagers!
What could be improved: All was great, even when we had an issue with the air conditioning, the staff was very efficient and helped

"Handy location for the tube. Nice and quiet."
I arrived early and was let into the room to leave my luggage. this enabled me to get on quickly with the business of the day. The apartment had everything needed for self containment with a Tesco Express less than 200M from the front door.
What could be improved: The lighting system is a nightmare. Pressing buttons at random in the hope that something will come on. There is no explanation on how to use the system around the apartment. The AC system was off and I had to run the fan in the bedroom all night.
