"Excellent base for visiting London, lovely place to relax between activities"
This flat really is spacious. It's warm and welcoming and I loved it, wishing I could spend more time in it as well as doing the things I'd come to London to do. The area is friendly and, as a woman on my own, I felt completely safe. The downstairs bedroom is luxuriously large and I could easily leave my yoga gear out the whole time without it being in the way. The bed is cosy, the place is very quiet and I slept like a log. It's a joy to find somewhere with its own, free parking. I will definitely book this flat again.
What could be improved: On the down side, the place could do with being spruced up a bit. The carpets are stained and the kitchen worktop has been slightly (cosmetically) damaged, but as long as everything is clean none of this really matters. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't as clean as it might have been and the plates, glasses, utensils, etc, particularly, I had to wash thoroughly before being happy to use them.

"Fantastic Apartment - Great Value for money"
Would highly recommend ! Very clean and spacious apartment split over two floors. Top floor comprising of an open floor kitchen diner and living room area, as well as a double bedroom and family bathroom. Bottom floor has a very spacious master bedroom with an en suite. Location and facilities were great, instructions and communication throughout were also very good. Owner was very friendly and helpful during our stay - Thank you Harry ! 👊😎
What could be improved: Nothing major to highlight, just clear numbering on the car park spaces could be added, as some parking slots appear to be numbered whilst others aren't, which can cause guests to park incorrectly leaving some neighbours unhappy, as was the case during our stay 🙂.

What could be improved: Mouldy, damp even the carpets were stained and bald, absolutely stunk of mould, the bed settee stunk of mould, we was told just open the windows, the dishwasher door broken and cable tied together but not sealed so that stunk too of mouldy sewage with loads of little flies coming out of it, flies also come out of the shower drains, kettle has got yellow scale in it and tastes disgusting we had to buy a new kettle to use, my wife has copd and could not stay bec2of the mould, floor tiles in bathroom broken and could cut your feet on, it's the worse place I have ever stayed but had no choice as my son was is critical care unit and needed to be close, lock on the car park did not work so we had to pay to park else where, we msg the owner and he did not care told us to close the windows to stop the flies but they were coming from the drains. It is absolutely disgusting pls pls do not book this you will not be happy. The pics provided on booking.com make it look lovely and it could be with some money spent on it but at £1500 a week the landlord just does not care. Pls see attached pics. I have approx 60 pics of issues sent to landlord but he did not care or do anything about it,. A waste of £1500 thanks mate essentially with what we are going though no help at all.
