The Space

The two bedrooms are genuinely separate spaces — not those awkward studio divisions you sometimes get — and each has its own bathroom, which is brilliant if you’re traveling with friends or family. The kitchen area is compact but surprisingly well-equipped; I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal here rather than just heating up takeaway.
Canal Views and Neighborhood
The canal-side location is the real winner here. You wake up to narrow boats drifting past your window, and there’s something oddly soothing about watching the water traffic go by with your morning coffee. The towpath below connects you to Camden in one direction and Paddington in the other — perfect for those early morning walks before London fully wakes up. King’s Cross has transformed completely in recent years, so you’re surrounded by decent coffee shops and restaurants without feeling like you’re in a tourist trap.
Local Insights
What most visitors don’t realize is how well-connected this spot actually is. St. Pancras is literally a five-minute walk, which means the Eurostar, six Tube lines, and some of London’s best restaurant scene at Granary Square. The British Library is around the corner too — weirdly peaceful if you need to escape the city buzz for an hour. Coal Drops Yard shopping area feels a bit manufactured, but the weekend food markets there are worth checking out.

This place works because it strikes that tricky balance between hotel comfort and home-like space. You get proper privacy with the separate bedrooms, enough room to spread out your stuff, and a genuine neighborhood feel rather than that slightly sterile hotel atmosphere. What could be improved: The appartment hadn't bben cleaned upon arrival. We offered to have it cleaned the following day. I was damanat and it got cleaned immediately. However, still not 100%.

"We loved the position and the unit itself with two bathrooms, including an en suite and such a great position in London"
Fantastic position in Shoreditch or de Beauvoir town right on the Regent Canal with a lovely view and on the inside a lovely big shared courtyard close to transport. Our contact was very responsive, even when we arrived very late.
What could be improved: A few glitches, the key and fob were not in the lock box when we arrived, but our contact sorted that out immediately with a key in the adjacent box. Laundry was left in the bathroom and in the washing machine and some lights were not working, but our contact sorted that out immediately. Hard to get things perfect but our contact was excellent at sorting things.

"Amazing stay for New Years Eve"
This apartment was amazing. We could reach the owner very easily, who answered every question we had. The apartment was clean, spacious and came with a great view! The included parking space was easy to find and a great help in a city like London. The overground station was a 5 minute walk, there is a Tesco on your way to and from the station, so it's pretty nice to stop there when coming back from a day exploring the city. We stayed here to celebrate new year's eve and we had a wonderful time! If we ever come back, we will definitely look to book here again.
What could be improved: There was really nothing that we did not like. For people who want to be in the center in 2 minutes, the overground and then district line to the center takes around 10/15 minutes if the underground does not connect properly, but we did not mind the trip at all.

"Exceptional"
I had a great stay in London. The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. The location is brilliant — close to the markets and surrounded by some really nice food places. Would definitely stay here again.

Konumu çok iyi metro ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde, merkeze otobüs ile 10-15 dk da gidilebiliyor. Evin içi ferah ve balkon manzarası harika. Apartmanda 7/24 güvenlik olması çok güvenilirdi.
What could be improved: Küçük odadaki duş bölümü çok ama çok küçük. 88 kg biri olarak duş alırken sağa sola dönmekte zorlandım. 4 kişi konaklama yapacağımızı söylememize rağmen yalnızca 2 kişilik havlu takımı mevcuttu. Yataklar rahatsızdı. Yatakların içindeki teller yüzüstü yattığımızda batma yapıyordu. ayrıca fırını hiç kullanamadık çünkü içi oldukça kirliydi.

What could be improved: Abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone di cui avrebbe dormito sul divano letto ma non c’erano lenzuola o coperte per la quinta persona; la luce del corridoio non funziona e neanche una delle due chiavi per accedere all’appartamento: abbiamo scritto al proprietario per risolvere ma stiamo aspettando ancora ora una risposta.
Unico lato positivo la posizione.
