We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. Communication was clear and extremely helpful throughout. We arrived in London late and, having not visited for over 10 years, were unfamiliar with the area. Thankfully, the detailed instructions made everything easy, and we found the property without any issues. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortably accommodated our group. We appreciated the heating being ready on a chilly London night! The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the tube, with grocery stores and supermarkets nearby. The Northern Line takes you straight to the city in about 15–20 minutes, which was very convenient. We even met some friendly neighbours, adding to the pleasant experience. We are glad that we met good people.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London. Thank you!

"Nice place for a large family."
We had a good experience. We were a family of 5 so we needed beds for everyone and so landed on this property as we booked a little late. The house was very simple but was as described and the hosts were very good at communication. We really appreciated that the host, James, was there literally when we checked in and gave us 5 fans as we were there during the heat wave. Our plane was canceled and so we missed our first night there but we're very thankful that they gave us an extra free hour to check out to get to next location.
The bus and walking to the Lidl store was very convenient, maybe 5-7 minute walk.
What could be improved: Everything was good but a few of the beds you could actually feel the springs so they probably need to be replaced and we should have probably mentioned that to the hosts but really, overall fine.

"Idealna Lokalizacja, czysto i komfortowo. Perfect location, clean and comfortable."
Clean apartment with full equipment and all amenities. Very nice owner, helpful. The location is perfect for a trip with children, close to the metro and bus stop, restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend it to those who are undecided.

Appartamento ben tenuto, in una posizione molto buona, abbastanza vicino alla metro di Tooting Brodway (circa 8 minuti a piedi), 5 stanze e 2 bagni completi cucina ben attrezzata. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era ben pulito e caldo. Direi ottima soluzione, la consiglio!
What could be improved: Nella camera al piano terra e nel soggiorno il riscaldamento funzionava solo per un po' la sera quindi la mattina erano freddine ma direi che non è stato assolutamente un problema. Il resto della casa era ben riscaldato.

What could be improved: La clave nos la mandaron tarde , las calefacción no funcionaba bien en la mitad de la casa. El horno estaba fatal , después de hacernos esperar por no mandarnos bien el código , no nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta que nos recogiera el Uber .
