Central boutique room for two 105
First Impressions
Central boutique room for two 105 sits right on Edgware Road, and honestly, that’s both its biggest asset and something you should know going in. This three-star spot isn’t trying to be fancy — it’s more about giving you a decent base in London without the eye-watering prices you’ll find closer to the West End. The building itself is pretty typical for this stretch of road, but once you’re inside, the room actually feels more thoughtful than you’d expect.
The Space
The room is compact but well-planned, which I mean in the best way possible. Everything has its place, and there’s a kitchenette that’s actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and a kettle shoved in a corner. You’ve got enough space to spread out a bit, and the bed is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with it all night. The decor leans modern without being sterile, though don’t expect anything Instagram-worthy.
Location Reality Check
Edgware Road gets a bad rap sometimes, but you know what? It’s incredibly well-connected. Marble Arch is literally a ten-minute walk, which puts you right at the corner of Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The Tube connections are solid — you’ve got Marble Arch, Edgware Road, and Paddington all within easy reach. Plus, this area has some of the best Middle Eastern food in London, which honestly became my favorite discovery during the stay.
Practical Stuff That Matters
The Wi-Fi works properly, the shower has decent pressure, and there’s enough storage that you’re not living out of your suitcase the entire time. Parking is tricky around here — this is central London, after all — so factor that in if you’re driving. The noise level is manageable, though you’ll definitely know you’re on a busy road. I found it more “city hum” than actually disruptive, but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t going to be the highlight of your London trip, but it does exactly what it promises. You get a clean, comfortable place to sleep in Zone 1 without paying Zone 1 boutique hotel prices. The value equation actually works here — especially if you’re the type who’s out exploring most of the day anyway. It’s honest about what it is, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
