Clean apartment, very spacious and felt safe. Hosts were communicative and provided clear instructions for check in, overall good experience.
What could be improved: Second bedroom was on the smaller side but it works our well if you use the loft as part of the bedroom.

"Excellent stay; couple of FYIs"
Host was very responsive, kind, and helpful to messages. Location worked well and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
What could be improved: Would have liked to know farther ahead of time that key pickup was not on site. Heat takes a little time to get going and doesn't adjust quickly. The guide did have information, as a non-UK renter they weren't super easy to use. Hosts did explain more via phone call while we were there and it wasn't a huge detriment to our stay, just something to look into beforehand for other renters so you know how to use them.

"Great - would book again."
Excellent location, easy access to transport. Comfortable. Two bathrooms was great. The owners have put together a great folder with tips and maps on transport, places to visit etc which was really helpful. Requested an earlier checkin to fit with travel schedule which was kindly accommodated by host.
What could be improved: No milk for a coffee/tea after arrival - obviously not a big issue but it was a bit disappointing after a long days travel.

"Ideal location"
The flat was in a very secure location. It was close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and Holborn underground station. The station was a 5 minute walk from the flat. There was an elevator in the apartment building in addition to stairs. The flat itself has 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with shower over the tub, one with just a shower stall). The bathrooms were spacious with enough storage space. The flat was quiet at night and the neighbors were quiet. The heating system was more than adequate, although it did not appear to have AC, we did not need that as we stayed in February. The kitchen had everything we needed and a washing machine which we used. No dryer but a drying rack was provided. There were 2 decent sized sofas and a dining table although we didn't cook, we ate breakfast at the table. The TV worked and so did the internet. The apartment was clean and enough towels were provided. There were cleaning products in the kitchen if needed. There was adequate space to store our clothes and our suitcases. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the locked gate to the apartment compound.
What could be improved: There was no AC that I could determine, but this was not an issue for us as we traveled during the winter. This is not a reflection on the flat, but Holborn tube station does not have an elevator and there are several steps to get onto the street level and back down to the platform. We could carry our suitcases and always someone offered to help carry them, but that could be an issue if each person had 2 or more suitcases. There are adjacent tube stops that have elevators.

"A compact apartment adequate for 3 friends as our base for exploring London"
The location and proximity to public transport or walking distance to London attractions. Great communication and appreciated the guidance provided for first time London visitors.
What could be improved: 2 flights of stairs without a lift that was under repair but not operational. Walking the stairs was fine but arriving and departing with heavy suitcases was inconvenient.
