Overview
First Impressions
Care Property London- Apartments sits right on Earls Court Road, and honestly, the location caught my attention before anything else. This four-star property occupies a typical Victorian building that’s been converted into serviced apartments — you know, the kind of setup that actually makes sense when you’re staying in London for more than a couple of nights. The entrance is understated but clean, and there’s something refreshing about walking into a place that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with marble lobbies.
The Neighborhood Advantage
What I really appreciate about this spot is how it straddles the line between Kensington and Earl’s Court perfectly. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Earl’s Court tube station, which connects you to both the District and Piccadilly lines — that’s huge for getting around the city without the usual London transport headaches. The area has that lived-in feel where locals actually shop and eat, not just the touristy bubble you find closer to the major attractions.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully laid out, with a proper kitchenette that actually functioned well. I mean, you’re not going to be hosting dinner parties, but you can definitely make breakfast and simple meals without feeling cramped. The room itself had that modern-but-not-flashy vibe — good blackout curtains (essential in London summers), decent Wi-Fi, and a bathroom that felt updated without being sterile.
Practical Perks
There’s no on-site restaurant, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all given the neighborhood’s dining options. What did impress me was the parking situation — they actually have spaces available, which is practically unheard of in this part of London. The staff handles things efficiently without being overly formal, and they seem to understand that most guests are here for extended stays rather than quick overnight trips.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the kind of place you’d choose for a romantic weekend getaway, but for business trips, family visits, or longer London stays, it hits the sweet spot. The 7.6 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re actually getting — reliable accommodations in a genuinely useful location without paying Kensington hotel prices. You’re close enough to Hyde Park for morning runs, walking distance to some excellent Indian food on Earls Court Road, and the grocery situation is sorted with a Tesco Express right around the corner. It’s the kind of place that grows on you, especially when you realize how much money you’re saving compared to traditional hotels in the area.
Apartments in London suit families with bright bay windows, full kitchens, and sunset loops through Hyde Park paths.

What could be improved: Shower in the main bedroom - was not the best set up

"Good"
Property was spacious and easy to access
What could be improved: One bedroom was very noisy as it faced out on to a busy road, although apart from that it was a lovely room

"Clean and Well Apportioned Apartment Just a Mile from Harrods"
We loved the size, having three bedrooms and three toilets! It was clean and a great location.
What could be improved: The stove would not light. We had to purchase a lighter in town in order to get a flame from the gas burner. Also the knives were not sharp and would not slice the delicious sourdough bread we bought.

"Lovely, big and cosy appartment"
The flat is nice, big and welcoming.
Location is excellent too and the hotel near by is really useful and gentle.
What could be improved: The sound of the street coming through the windows in the bedrooms.

"Ppl say that you get what you pay for…that was the case. At least the bathrooms, beds and linens were decently clean. Gr"
Location was great. Close to restaurants, small markets, pharmacies and subway station. The place is very spacious and had just about everything we needed.
What could be improved: The refrigerator was not working properly probably because the door would not shut right. There were some flies flying around and One of them ended up in our leftover food we put in the refrigerator, yuck! The kitchen smelled bad, again, probably due to the refrigerator.
Also, It was a struggle to find an electrical outlet that worked in any given wall. There was no electrical outlets in either of the 3 bathrooms to plug a hair dryer. The hair dryer seemed to be old and it was not powerful. We had to dry our hair off of the one outlet that worked in leaving room
The place is a corner unit and you can hear a good amount of noise from the street. Trying to take a nap around 5pm was not a good idea.

"Great spot, you don't stay inside, you are there to get out and about."
Location was perfect, bus stop outside and Earls Court Station 500mts down the road. Having a washer & dryer was great, I initally booked thinking we had 5 people, the 3rd bedroom was very small and had no window, totally internal.
What could be improved: The bed was quite soft and had no mattress protector, which made me a little uncomfortable.

"Spacious, very well appointed and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in great Earls Court location"
A great location. very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Lovely spacious extremely well appointed mostly comfortable 3 bedroom basement flat. Easy walk to Earls Court Station and to major supermarkets. Wifi was quite slow but OK. Separate but inside apartment laundry room with washer and dryer. Wonderful greens close by with great cafe.
What could be improved: Being a basement flat, one bedroom had no windows (not a bother to a 13 year old). One other had some light from a high window that was too high to be opened so not much fresh air. Steep narrow steps to apartment so not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. The queen bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and the main ensuite only had a lovely but deep bath and hand shower so, again difficult for those with mobility issues but great for a luxurious bath
