"Camden Secret"
Close to the tube. It is located in central London so it is very accessible. Good location. Lots of vibe and youthful energy in the area. Daily pop-up markets with great pricing. The rooms made maximum.um us of spacre
What could be improved: The crowd in the area during the day and picking the keys from a different location.

"Nice room., small but comfortable. Not great staff."
Location great. Room air-conditioned and everything working perfectly. Fridge in room. Shower very clean. Bed very comfortable.
What could be improved: The staff answering the phone are the worse I have ever dealt with. Rude. Unprofessional. Offers no advise. Talks over you when you are trying to explain something. Never listens to what you are saying. The man actually told me while I was on the phone trying to get information that I was wasting his time because he had people in front of him to deal with as if I were not also a customer who paid and required the same service as the ones who walked in.
Lots of confusion about getting in. Not easy navigating 5 entry doors. While I was entering another man were there and he also was not getting any of the keys to work on the 2nd door and only the unprofessionalism of the staff you try to get help from. They're not nice staff to deal with but the room is nice. It's small but very comfortable.

The location was phenomenal and the room was tidy and cozy.
What could be improved: The small bathroom didn't separate the shower and toilet/sink very well so it was quite wet in there after we took showers, but it wasn't too bad

"Good place for 1-2 nights only"
Location is well, it is in few mins of Camden Market, grocery and Camden metro station, on the first floor is Starbucks, for the geeks there is will be comics shop and CeX with console games.
Property itself is clean, it is equipped with private bathroom, desk, microwave, tv, wifi and little fridge. Room is tiny, so it will be more suitable for single person only.
Checkin and property are located in different locations, first you get the keys from one address on kings cross, then you coming to your room on camden town, both places near the metro.
What could be improved: Soundproofing or its absence. I even heard neighbours snoring at night. Loud neighbours.
Stuff never comes to my room at all for the whole stay to change the bed linen or make room cleaning.
For the winter period there is no heater, only a/c, which is enough but its usage over night was uncomfortable, so I slept in quite cold room time to time.

"Very good"
Excellent location, and surprisingly quiet considering that. Comfy bed, everything clean, and very happily surprised by the inclusion of the coffee/tea making facilities in somewhere of the size.
What could be improved: Nothing I didn't actually like. The space was smallish, but I expected that and it was all I needed. The only suggestion I'd make is that, especially for someone staying multiple nights, it would have been great to have had a way to dry towels, as the wet room bathroom never really stopped being damp, even on a hot weekend.

Great location, easy check-in, very quiet despite the bussle of Camden just outside.
What could be improved: Had to travel to another part of town (Kings Cross) to collect keys from another hotel which probably just needs clearly mentioning at the top of the advert.
