Business & Leisure 2 BR & Parking by Damask Homes sits on a quiet residential street in Ilford that honestly surprised me — you know what, I wasn’t expecting such a peaceful spot so close to everything. The building itself blends right into the neighborhood, which I actually liked because it feels more authentic than some flashy hotel facade. What caught my attention immediately was having dedicated parking included, and trust me, that’s gold when you’re navigating this part of London.
The Space That Works
This four-star setup is basically a proper two-bedroom apartment that’s been thoughtfully designed for both business travelers and families. I mean, the living area actually has space to spread out your laptop or let the kids play without everyone being on top of each other. The kitchen comes fully equipped — not just a token mini-fridge situation — so you can actually cook a decent meal if you want to skip the restaurant hunt one night.
Location Reality Check
Here’s the thing about staying in Ilford — you’re about twenty minutes from central London by train, but you’re paying significantly less for accommodations. The Redcliffe Gardens area feels residential and safe, with local shops within walking distance that locals actually use. I found a proper grocery store two minutes away, plus some surprisingly good takeaway spots that aren’t tourist traps.
What Actually Matters
The two separate bedrooms mean privacy when you need it, whether you’re traveling for work and need quiet space for calls, or you’re a family where someone needs to crash early. Each room has decent storage and proper windows — not those tiny hotel slots that make you feel claustrophobic. The Wi-Fi actually works well throughout the space, which honestly can’t be taken for granted in older London buildings.

Valentines park within a few hundred yards which was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious apartment with comfy beds. Yasmin was always available and extremely helpful.
What could be improved: Very minor grumbles, but a bit more cutlery would have been useful as well as another mirror, also couldn't find a grill pan rack to put the food on.

"London Aquatics Pool stay."
The apartment was only 15-20 mins away from the Olympic park, Aquatics Centre and Westfield shopping which was the reason we booked it. Off road parking was a great bonus. The beds were firm but comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped. The apartment was bright and airy. The digital locks on the entrance doors gave us a great deal of reassurance.
What could be improved: The TV had an indoor aerial and a lot of channels were unwatchable. Fortunately we brought our own firestick so that did not bother us but others may not have the option. We had outages in the water supply which was particularly inconvenient when it happened when someone was in the shower. On several evenings there was a lot of banging coming from the neighbours below until late evening which was annoying as we had to be up early several mornings.

"Very good accommodation with perfect communication"
The accommodation is located in a quiet location. The metro station is approx. 15-20 minutes walk. However, there is also a bus stop about 100-150m from the accommodation, which is perhaps even more practical, because the buses run very often and you can easily get anywhere with them.
. ... The appearance of the rooms and the kitchen was very nice and cozy, it fully corresponded to the photos. The mattress and sofa bed are comfortable. The kitchen equipment is also more than adequate. The bathroom is also nice, maybe just a little improvement around the bathtub and windows. ... Communication with Damask Homes was absolutely perfect, fast and understandable. They try to be as helpful as possible and solve any problems immediately, which I really appreciate. ... So overall we were satisfied.

"Ottimo posto per soggiornare a Londra. Appartamento ampio (eravamo in 4),pulito vicino alla metro."
Situato in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicino alla fermata del bus per raggiungere la metro di GANTS HILL (linea rossa). La metro comunque é raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti passando per il bel parco di Valentine. La Host YASMINE molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione: veramente eccezionale. Ci ha anche prenotato il taxi da STANTED per raggiungere l'appartamento e ci ha dato molte informazioni riguardo gli spostamenti e le info su Londra. E' stata preziosa.
Molto soddisfatte. Facile anche il CHECKIN tramite combinazione numerica sulla porta di ingresso. Tutto comunicato da YASMINE nei minimi particolari.
